We had planned to stay here back in March; placing us within golf cart drive to my husbands 40th Class reunion. Then Covid 19 hit. We held collective breaths across the 3 couples as after Sheltering in Place for 4 weeks-we were stir crazy. Thankfully Cobb opened back up the day before our rental started. We had a BLAST. The place was immaculate and I loved all the beachy touches. The downstairs gathering area was the place to be-thanks for putting a downstairs shower/toilet- much appreciated! We plan to stay again when reunion is rescheduled. The only downside, was the downstairs toilet was a bit dirty and the BBQ was unusable (rusted) Thanks!

The cabin was everything we had expected from the pictures and more. My husband Michael rented it for me, our son, & my mom and dad. It had everything we needed. The location is great, there is no public beach access so it keeps traffic down. We will definitely be staying at this cabin again. The decor was so cute and stylish and we utilized the downstairs area the most. Love how clean, organized and up to date the house is! Great place to stay and we had a amazing time!

We loved staying here. We had an amazing time. The home was well put together and there was everything we needed all in one place. There was some dry cereal on the bathroom floor when we arrived, and we didn't have access to the outside shower or TV due to a mix up with the lock code. Other than that there were no issues. Great location and loved the decor!

Had a wonderful long weekend with family. The house decor was beautiful and the house was fully stocked and the patio setting was amazing including the TV on the patio, the guys really enjoyed watching the game. Thanks for a great time. Definitely plan a return trip.

Had everything we needed. I felt like it was our own beach house. Checking in when we arrived was so fast & easy. Started enjoying as soon as we got settled. Perfect getaway!!! Loved every minute of our 5 day stay. Can't wait till next year.

The pictures did not do this beach house justice! It was so much better than expected. The owners have thought of every small detail. This house has everything you need,from pots & pans, dishware, silverware, food processor, blender (make margaritas), spices, etc..Beds were comfortable! The Kokomo Jo's bar was the best! It's where we spent our evenings. We will be going back!

We enjoyed Kokomo Jo's. The location had green space for the kids to run, offered quiet and had low traffic, a grill and wonderful cool area to relax on the ground floor and easy access to the beach. The house had plenty of space inside for people to be together or spread out for their own activities. The house was stocked with lots of utensils, plates, etc. My only complaint was that we had to go to the store to purchase trash bags and extra toilet paper. Also, I really was looking forward to swinging in the rocker outside that I saw in pictures, but it was not present. A hammock or glider would have been delightful.

We had a great time at our "home away from home". It was the perfect base for our vacation operations, mainly going to the beach!

We were very happy with Cobb's office and the people who work there. I would rent this beach house again.

Was a great weekend. The house was clean, great location, close to beach, had everything we needed for a great weekend. The only negative was no wifi.That was a huge problem, since I intended to take care of some work while I was there.Also, be sure and get the linen package,it is extra$$, but so worth it. unless you want to pack all of your towels, sheets, pillow cases etc, along with all food,paper goods, laundry detergent, etc. All in all good weekend. Minus the wifi. Would go again!

Kokomo Jo's was a beutiful cabin. There was only a short walk to the beach, which unfortunity was full of seaweed. Mother Nature strikes again. The view was nice, but if any more cabins are put up that may get lost. <br/>The owner wasn't aware of the 12 noon check in time, which meant we didn't get into the cabin until almost 1. This was a little bit of a headache for us since we had a 18 month old with us. However it did give us the opportunity to meet the owner who was delightful. I think Cobb's could have handled the whole situation better by letting us know she was there before driving up to the property. But the check-in and out process was quick and mostly friendly. I would recommend Kokomo Jo's to anyone....we had lots of fun.

We had a good time and would stay at this house again. The only negative about the house is that there should be more room in the kitchen for the renter's stuff. There should be 1/2 empty cabinets; there was a lot of stuff on the counter tops. I could have used that space to store my stuff during my stay. I got good service from the staff at Cobb's Real Estate.

It was wonderful we enjoyed staying at Kokomo Jo's - the house had everything we need. We enjoyed sitting outside during the day and evening. Very relaxing week.

My daughters and I had a wonderful time. The house was well equipped with all the comforts of home. We recommend this house to future travelers

This property had everything you could ask for!!! We came to Crystal Beach for a girlfriend getaway, and we were so delighted with our stay at Kokomo Jo's! The house is just precious inside and out! We lounged downstairs at the Tiki Bar, drank coffee on the great upstairs deck, and relaxed in the house that offered so many great luxuries!! Definitely will be returning to this house for future getaways!!

this was the best thing i have done in a very long time.

This house is close to the beach, about a 100 yard easy walk. It is clean and very reasonably priced for the location! Just remember to bring your own linens, which means towels and sheets, etc. You may also purchase linens for a reasonable fee AND there is no cleaning fee like many rentals have nowadays. Leave it like you found it and you save some money!

It was wonderful. A short walk to the beach, beautiful decor in and outside at the home. Very comfortable with all the amenities of home and very clean.
