We spent a few days and enjoyed the cabin very much! It was definitely secluded in the woods, had plenty of room, had a very well equipped kitchen. The fall colors were delightful. As others have mentioned, the road leading to the cabin was a little rough and steep in parts but certainly do-able and should not be a deterrent to anyone considering staying in the cabin.

Perfect, perfect, perfect. Just be super careful on the way TO the cabin, the road is narrow & very steep at times. We had so much fun! Loved the location of the cabin, only about 10-15 minutes from down town Helen!!

We were satisfied with our stay at Knotty Pine. However, the cabin, while distance wise it is fairly close to Helen, was on roads that are so badly maintained that we were reluctant to take our car out more than once a day. I would not have brought my personal SUV to travel on those roads risking damage to the suspension system. Very rough roads and the weather was clear. Rain would have made them even worse. It is close to the state park where we hiked daily-drove into Helen-and then back before dark due to the remoteness of the cabin and no lights until you get to the cabin. Very scary driving conditions.

We had such an amazing time everything looked great the only complain is that everything looked perfect except one chair that the cushion was taped completely with duck tape. Other then that they had everything you could possibly need and it was clean. I loved that when I went to cook they had all the dishes that I needed most places you rent never have everything. We plan to come back and rent this one again with our babies.

One of the absolute best Vacation Rental Companies or in our case Evacuation Rental (due to hurricane Florence) Quick response, and done right over the phone or website! Very clean, comfortable, and absolutely lovely views!!
