Overall, we liked the property location and exterior. The space of the unit was very nice. However, check in was a bit slow, very secure complex. The unit had lots of stained carpet and needs replaced. The kitchen was not adequetly aqppointed with cookware. There were no baking sheets or any baking pans at why have an oven? The skillet was all warped and not worth cooking in. Master bed was horrible! We rolled to the middle every night so getting out was a chore. Mattress needs replaced. Lastly, do not plan to stay at this place if you have any advertising on your vehicle. They made us park out of the complex in the Sam's Club parkiing lot. This should be disclosed before you rent the unit!!!!

The grand children had a blast. Found a bed bug in master bedroom. Reported to management. Overall the experience was great. The condo was roomy and clean. Would go again.

We stayed at this property in the past and was excited to return. Although some thing with the unit needed some TLC, overall it was a great stay. The A/C went out, the water pressure in the showers was extremely low, and it needed a few touch ups.

A great place to stay.When we walked in everything was clean and smelled very nice. We took our kids to Universal studios and this location is maybe 15 mins away.They also have restaurants and plenty of shopping. I would definitely recommend this place to stay.

We were a group of 16 so 2 condos worked out great.
The facilities were great and the grounds, pool and splash pad were clean neat and lot s of fun for kids.
Ideal to have washer aned dryer on site.

Very Disappointed, this was my third year and the place has gone down hill. Place needs a major overhaul. Two people couldn't sleep in the bed, sagged in the middle. upstairs bath, tile is coming up. rugs still had the same stain as three years ago.
The pool was over crowded, couldn't even get a chair. The year around renters would bring in families from the outside. One family brought in 4 adults and 10 children. Was not a relaxing place to be. Plus, people would reserve chairs, even if they didn't show up until the afternoon.
Very dissatisfied with the management of the facilities. All the pool rules were not enforced.

The property was nice and quite;however, our townhouse was dirty and didn't justify the $102 cleaning fee they charge. There was dust build up on every vent, the walls were filthy and needed to be wiped down, there was an old Muffin under the couch, old dry shredded cheese behind a bed, the fridge was barely wiped out, the floors had gross throw rug with stains all over them, and the floors were pedaling up. Also, the townhouse was way outdated. I will say for a last minute booking it was fair, but I wouldn't book again. The pool was a boring one which was disappointing especially when you've stayed at other Orlando resorts with awesome pools. It did have a splash pad which was great for our little one. This property was just too quite for our family that we didn't feel comfortable to have a good time.

The location was excellent but the management was horrible they really weren't friendly at all and they make you pay fees at different times when everything should be paid at once then if you are not staying five consecutive day there is a clean up fee of 90 or 95 dollars but this is the kicker according to their exiting rules everything has to be back in it's original formation or you will face extra charges like 65 dollars if the dishes are not left in the dish washer or if any trash is left then that's an extra 50 dollars yes I know check out was at 10am my family was awaiting me in the car as I did a finally walk thru to make sure everything was in it's place and checking to see if we'd left any belongings as I proceed to the door to replace the key and leave a call came through to the house to say that the staff had notified management we hadn't vacated the premise it was almost as if I was about to be reprimanded but once I spoke the man the other end and replied that yes were ready and out I was just about to shut the door until the phone ring it wasn't until that I had gotten a oh okay have safe drive back home mean while no one came by the town house to say anything except for the phone call now mind you we do however live 286 miles away so making sure everything wasn't forgotten should be allowed for that I refuse to recommend this property to anyone one more thing if it wasn't for the fact that I had printed out what I had received thru my email then we probably would not have been staying in there because I had faxed the form back to them it had been ignored and I was told that not how it works

This is the 5th time I've stayed here. It was a good experience as usual. Great facilities. Only complaint is that the carpets usually seems as though they could use cleaned. Other than that, a great value!

We loved the place. It is closed to Disneyworld, only minutes to restaurant and others attracting places. Safe place for the families to stay with security at the entrance. Will love to come again next time, and would recommend to stay for all Disney visit.

Have nothing to really complain about. It was my first time renting a vacation townhome. Place was nice and clean. Gas and stores were close by. Not too far from all the entertainment. If I could get a chance to go back with a big group, I would.

The townhouse was very clean and spacious! Like that some rooms were decorated for the children! It had everything you needed! The property itself was beautiful, clean and very friendly! Like the amenities that was offered for the children! Overall best vacation thus far in Kissimmee.

The house was perfect! It feel just like home. I loved the fact that the kids rooms had a character theme. The only thing that caught me by surprise was the rental fee of the activities that were available. I was under the impression it was included with the rental agreement.
