Description
The Kingfisher Cottage is a 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath home located just a short walk to the beautiful beaches on the Alabama gulf coast. The cottage is decorated with coastal elegance and can comfortably accommodate 6 guests. Walking into the home you will find an open concept living area with the living room, dining room and kitchen making this a great space for entertaining. Guests will have access to the community pool, just steps away from the front door and deeded beach access directly across the street. Enjoy the outdoor shower to rinse off after a day in the sand.

• fully equipped kitchen: microwave, stove, oven, crockpot, toaster, blender, cooking utensils
• drip and k-cup coffee pot
• starter kit: one roll of paper towels, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one trash bag per garbage can, dishwashing liquid, a sponge, soap for dishwasher & laundry detergent
• smart tvs
• fully covered, outdoor seating
• private patio
• washer/dryer
• iron + ironing board
