Includes top grade linens and plush towels for the bedroom. The unit has cable tv in the living room, streaming access only on the bedroom TV and complimentary Wi-Fi. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances including refrigerator, stove/oven, and microwave, but no dishwasher or washer/dryer. There is a coin operated laundry facility located on the first level for guests to access. This is a non-smoking condo.
There is an outdoor pool, wading pool and parking on the property. No grills or grilling allowed for fire safety. Private beach access located just behind the complex. Gated for added security and parking availability to accommodate 2 cars. The unit is conveniently located near the building's elevator.
