Please note there is a non-negotiable, per day, per person, Resort Charge for all guests six years of age and older. These fees will be charged to your reservation after booking. The resort fee provides guests with access to golf, spa, multiple pools (indoor and outdoor), fitness room, open-air peloton studio, tennis, horseback tours, stocked ponds for fishing, kids center and daily kids' activities (some advanced reservations and additional fees may apply). This is the perfect destination for families, couples, adventurers, horse lovers, and small reunions. The list of amenities and activities is extensive, from both casual and upscale dining, Fitness Center, 18 hole golf course with stunning views from every tee, horseback riding, heated indoor and outdoor pools, to a relaxing and rejuvenating experience at Spa Brasada; you will find your perfect vacation at Juniper Mesa at Brasada Ranch.
Enter the home and an open concept living/dining room/kitchen welcomes you with natural light and gorgeous decor. There is plenty of space for gathering, preparing a meal, and sharing time together. The main floor boasts a beautiful Master Suite with a comfortable king bed, walk in closet and Master Ensuite Bathroom with walk in shower. This room has private access to the back patio with a hot tub coming late summer of 2022. A queen bedroom with marvelous large windows is also located on the main level. A powder room and laundry room are also conveniently located on the first floor.
Upstairs is the perfect space for relaxation. With wonderful separation, there is a bonus room area to enjoy a movie, read a book, or play a game. A room with two twin beds is located upstairs as well as a King bedroom. There is a shared full bath also conveniently located upstairs.
