You will love this house! This charming home is a true "Beach House", reminiscent of the Crystal Beach cabins from our childhood. But don't let that mislead you, it is modern, comfortable and perfectly updated! The great room is just that, wide open, vaulted ceiling, spacious kitchen and seating for nine at the huge dining table. The pine plank walls and ceiling make the room warm and inviting, the décor playful yet subdued, and everyone can gather together without bumping into each other. Three bedrooms offer a quiet get-away for those who need a nap or a break in the action. Large sun deck where the views are spectacular and the beach is steps away.

Please note, hurricane Ike forever changed the footprint of Bolivar Peninsula, therefore some homes listed as beachfront may have a lot and/or street in front of it. This is the result of the uncertainty following the storm where some property owners elected to participate in the government buy out of lots that fell in what later could be considered within the vegetation line established by the State of Texas and subsequently included as part of the public beach. Not all property owners participated. Those homes where the property in front of it are part of the buyout are considered beachfront even though to the east or west of it there may be a home closer to the beach.
