Located within blocks of the famous Floating Tee, golfers - this is your location. The neighborhood is the well known Sander's Beach area on established Front Avenue... less than 1 mile to the Coeur d'Alene Resort and the lake. Ironman passes right by on East Sherman Avenue. Within a few blocks - walk to local restaurants and bars, rent bikes or ATV's, all while enjoying a peaceful and well appointed home. Perfect for weddings and family gatherings. As our Summer season comes to an end, we look forward to Autumn in this great town!
Central Air/Heat, 5 Bedrooms and 2 Full Baths, this home offers a lot. With a shaded front yard and a sunny back deck, the only decision is where to have coffee or cocktails. After undergoing much renovation in 2018, the interior of this 1938 beauty has been modernized for all of your needs. Lots of private parking is rare in the city and we have it. The owners oversee this 3 story, charming cottage house and are ready to assist you in any way needed. Each room has been maximized for the perfect getaway. Completely renovated deck during the 2020 pandemic. If you need it and can not find it, please ask for our assistance.
Take in the beautiful morning light in the overstuffed, comfy Livingroom Couch & Chairs, Beautiful vintage beds with ALL New back-friendly mattresses, luxurious high thread count sheets and black out drapes offer a great night of sleep and relaxation. After all, when you are on vacation a bedroom should be about a great bed. New Bath & Beach Towels with Beach Totes provided. Autumn is approaching, BOOK NOW as the leaves will be changing and September is the best month! Last year Indian Summer was amazing. Winter discounts on longer stays will be offered. Great Deck and BBQ for enjoying a cookout (totally renovated during the pandemic) or better yet, make reservations at Beverly's 5 Star Dining or Dockside for an awesome brunch or lunch (CDA Resort & Spa). Cedars Floating Restaurant is another great lakeside option.
Regardless of your choice, everything is so convenient from this house. If you find that you have forgotten a few items, no problem to replenish at the local Grocery, Liquor store & Gas station within a couple of blocks.
FOOD - "Walk to Eat" from the House: Moontime Local Family Pub - get there early, Wine House, Jimmy's for Breakfast & Lunch, Relic BBQ - Voted Best BBQ 2 yrs in a row, Roger's Ice Cream & Burgers.
*Fins & Feathers Tackle Shop - pick up a Fishing License, 2 Blocks from the house.
PLAY - "Walk to Play" Adventure Sports Rentals, Segway Tours & Bike Rentals - within a couple of blocks.
GAS - several stations close by.
