Beautifully remodeled March of 2022. This 2 bedroom 2 bath Gulf Front unit is meticulously appointed.
Attention to details…… fresh paint, new tile floors, crown molding, baseboards and furniture throughout
the unit. Well of course there are brand new king size mattresses and box springs in both bedrooms.
The brand new couch has a queen size sleeper sofa. The popcorn ceilings were removed to reveal the
flat ceiling with new paint! The bathrooms both were updated with new toilets, paint and fixtures.
The small details matter and coming to the beach means you relax outside for sure…..but this unit was
decorated with interior relaxation top of mind. Everything you need to have the perfect vacation like
the fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops for meal preparation. Cooking with a view has a
whole new meaning in this concept means preparing a meal while possibly catching an
early morning view of a pod of dolphins swimming by. The goal is clean and simple. To add to the
relaxation this unit comes with beach service (2 chairs and 1 umbrella), additional beach setups can be
purchased directly from the beach service if you choose. Brand new washer and dryer unit to get those
beach towels washed and dried for the next day!
The sleeping arrangements in this unit are as follows: master bedroom - 1 king bed, 2nd bedroom - 1 king bed. Sleeper sofa in the living room. This unit sleeps 6
Guests of the Island Princess have use of the resort’s heated pool, spa, exercise room, barbecue grill area, free high-speed internet, and a boardwalk to get right on the beach.
