This luxury residence is located on Depot Avenue in beautiful and historic Telluride, Colorado. With 4 bedrooms, and 4.5 bathrooms, sleeping up to 8 guests in total, this vacation rental property offers a prime location, within easy walking distance of all of the action. The home has stunning Ajax views from the main living area and boasts a host of amenities including a glass elevator, 4 decks, 2 gas fireplaces & a heated parking garage.
You enter this residence from Depot Avenue, right next door to the River Club. On this entry level there is a king guest bedroom with an en suite. To the right of the entryway is a door leading into the heated garage. Up one level is the spacious, open plan living area. There is a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, dining table for eight guests and a stylish, L shaped navy sofa surrounding the gas fireplace and a flat screen TV. There is a large deck off the main level that faces east, and boasts some of the best box canyon views of anywhere in town. This would be the ultimate spot to watch the 4th of July fireworks. There is a smaller deck off the kitchen area with a gas grill.
Up one level again is the spacious and very private master suite. The bedroom itself has a king sized bed, a gas fireplace, flat screen TV and opens out to a small balcony with gorgeous mountain and ski area views. The master has a decadent en suite with an oversized tub, steam shower and his and hers sinks. There is also a walk in wardrobe. Down a small hallway is a small room with a futon and flat screen TV - perfect for the kids who don't want to sleep too far away from parents, or a baby in a crib. There is also a deck off this small nook room that has gorgeous views of Ajax Peak.
On the basement level of the home are 2 additional bedrooms - one has a king bed and the other has a sleeper sofa that can comfortably sleep 2-3 kids once the sofa is flattened out.

During COVID-19 our cleaning procedures are extremely stringent. The safety of our guests and employees is paramount! Housekeepers are required to take a COVID-specific housekeeping course and wear masks and disposable gloves while cleaning. EPA/CDC approved disinfectants will be used with special attention to high-touch objects/areas. Checklists will be used to ensure all items are thoroughly sanitized and entry methods will be disinfected upon entry and exit by housekeeping.
COVID CANCELLATION POLICY:
For stays November 1, 2020 - April 5, 2021, a 7-day cancellation policy is in place for non-peak periods: Cancel prior to 7 days out from your arrival date to receive a refund of your reservation total minus one night's rate and tax. If you cancel within 7 days of your arrival, your deposit will be forfeited. A 50% deposit is due at time of reservation. Peak periods include the following dates: December 18-January 2, February 11-20, March 5-20. For stays during these or including these dates, cancel up to 30 days prior to your stay to receive a refund of your reservation total minus one night's rate and tax. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival, your deposit will be forfeited. A 50% deposit is due at time of reservation. One night's rate will be calculated as the average nightly rate during your scheduled stay.
Traveler is responsible for cancelling within the appropriate timeframe. Travel insurance is encouraged. Not valid on stays of 30 days or more. For reservations of 30 days or more, please contact us for rates, savings, and policies. If a future town, county, state or federal ordinance is enacted preventing the completion of your reservation with Lodging In Telluride, you will be issued a credit in the amount of your reservation (or remaining nights) toward a future stay, valid for one year from the date of your cancelled or interrupted stay. Refunds will not be issued.
