Welcome to Dolphin Isles and our Gorgeous Waterfront Private Villa - It is now completely remodeled and ready for you to enjoy.

Our goal is for you to enjoy a relaxing and fun-filled vacation, and we have carefully chosen each amenity so your experience is amazing.

Take a swim in our heated saltwater pool, or launch the 2 kayaks for a paddle on the calm waterways of the Intercoastal. When you're ready, grab a couple beach chairs, the cooler and an umbrella for some sun and surf on beautiful Fort Lauderdale Beach, just across the street.

The sunny open floor plan! greets you when you arrive. Relax with your family and friends in the spacious living area with polished Terazzo floors and a comfy couch with room for all. Our new Central A/C throughout the house will keep you cool,. There's a rattan cage chair for reading and a work desk with a view if you need to catch up on some emails.

The glass doors open to a spectacular Intercoastal Waterway View and a 40 foot dock and barbecue. Designer patio furniture for relaxing or dining al fresco awaits on the covered terrace.

Our new chef's kitchen with stainless appliances includes dishwasher, wine refrigerator, side by side refrigerator with ice and freezer, stove/oven, microwave, garbage disposal, coffee maker, french press, and many more utensils and kitchenware are provided for your gourmet needs. Adjacent to the kitchen is ample bar seating and a formal dining table large enough for all to gather together.

Our 4 Beautiful Bedrooms each have their own private full bathrooms with showers, 3 with King Beds and 1 with a Queen Bed, and a pack and play for the little ones. We have 2 rollaway beds if there are 10 guests.

We stock plenty of fluffy white towels and crisp fresh linens, and you'll find the brand new full size washer and dryer in the hallway really make the vacation easier to pack for!

Now for the water fun....

A big sparkling heated salt water pool (28'x14') awaits you with pool toys. 10 loungers and an umbrella provide lots of seating to watch the activities.

We have equipped you with 2 Kayaks for your sunrise or sunset paddle or a great workout on the water.

Our 40 ft dock has been fully rebuilt including pilings, and provides a beautiful view of the Intercoastal, perfect for watching the boats go by or launching the 2 sit-on-top kayaks.

The Villa has a large insulated roof (30' x 15' ) over the waterside patio, providing guests with both shade from sun and cover from tropical rain. Now each of our guests can enjoy the sunny Intercostal view from the dock chairs, or shaded relaxation in the loungers or dining chairs

Just across from the house is the entrance to the beautiful Loggerhead Park which has pristine uncrowded beaches, showers and Adirondack chairs for viewing the ocean. . There are also many fantastic restaurants within walking distance, including 6 of Trip Advisors "Top 10 Things to do in Fort Lauderdale" . Dune at The Auberge, Shooters and Mastros are a few favorites.

This is the pet fee for small hypo allergenic dogs ,only - as they do not shed. Large dogs are a case by case basis. We love dogs, but all bedding and linens and mattresses are new, and any damage will cause a cost to replace and a disruption in renting.
