A two-person office creates a spacious work area, and the in-home elevator provides easy access to all three floors. Perks include a cozy fireplace, a game table, and a garage with a Tesla charger. Two decks wrap all the way around the house, allowing plenty of space to soak up the sun, rest in the shade, and enjoy the views.
Fun-filled days await at Green Valley Lake, located just 1 mile away. In the winter, travel 7 miles to Snow Valley.
Gather around the wood-burning fireplace in the main living area. Hold festive tournaments on the billiards table that converts to a ping-pong and an eight-seat dining table, or use the telescope to enjoy the vistas.
A wood stove in the second living area enhances the home’s rustic-chic appeal. Kick back on a queen sleeper sofa and stream movies on the 70” Roku TV.
The office has a monitor and a two-person desk.
KITCHEN & DINING
Prepare tasty ingredients on roomy countertops in the kitchen. Home chefs will appreciate the double ovens.
Sip coffee at the table for two or share alfresco meals at the table for 10 on the deck.
BED & BATH
The primary suite boasts a California king bed, direct deck access, and an en-suite bath with a tub/shower combination.
The second bedroom holds a queen bed; the second bath has a walk-in shower.
Enclosed with a unique sliding barn door, the kid-friendly third bedroom is furnished with a twin-over-twin bunk bed, TV, and queen futon. (The bunk beds are not suitable for adults.)
The third bathroom has a walk-in shower.
Sleep soundly on a king bed in the fourth bedroom. The fourth bath offers a Jacuzzi tub/shower combination -- perfect for relaxing after a day of skiing or hiking.
OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES
You’ll feel like you’re on top of the world on the upper wraparound deck, which presents truly breathtaking views of the San Gabriel Mountains. On clear days you’ll be able to spot Lake Arrowhead and the twinkling night lights of Hesperia, Apple Valley, and San Bernardino.
Relax in Adirondack chairs, serve drinks at the table for two, or sway in the hammock. You'll also find two gas grills, a sunshade, and couches.
The covered lower deck offers a shaded retreat.

Find parking for three cars in the driveway and one in the garage. A Tesla charger is provided in the garage. Street parking is not permitted.
