-We welcome pets to join your stay for an additional charge of $200 per stay. This non-refundable fee is collected at the time of booking. Please inform us in advance if you'll be bringing a pet so we can arrange accordingly!
-The home is located in a residential area– respect for neighbors is essential. Parties are prohibited, and violations may result in fines.
-Smoking indoors is strictly forbidden and will result in a minimum fine of $500. Guests are welcome to smoke outside.
-An electronic guidebook with local tips, dining recommendations, and activities will be shared before your stay.
-There are exterior security cameras. They monitor the driveway and entrances for safety but don’t record interior spaces or private areas.
