FOSTER POND SHOREFRONT LIMIT 8 - ONE SMALL DOG CONSIDERED WITH PET FEE. Comfortable 2+ bedroom cottage on the very private Foster Pond. Two bedrooms on main floor. There is also additional sleeping in the enclosed porch, the living room, and in loft (reached by ladder). The water is just steps off the porch. Shallow entry near the shore. Deeper water off the dock and swim float. Fire pit and gas grill. The properties comes with 3 kayaks, 1 Paddle Board, and 1 Canoe. The is a 5HP limit for boats. A dryer is available in the bathroom. Well water.
