This single-story home is accessed by a small set of steps at the entryway. The home does not have air-conditioning or a dishwasher.
The City of Big Bear Lake requires a mandatory face-to-face check-in with the property manager upon arrival. The credit card and ID that were used to make the reservation must be present.
Quiet hours are 10pm-7am. Parties prohibited. No refunds due to eviction for noise disturbances, over-occupancy, or excess vehicles.
Situated on the southwest side of the lake, this home is just a 5-minute drive from the center of the village. Walk to Inspiration Point or Pleasure Point Marina.
During winter months, Snow Summit is only 12 minutes away, while Snow Valley is 20 minutes away. Enjoy a plethora of amazing outdoor activities within close proximity, including hiking, biking, fishing, and boating.
