Everything was great except for poor wifi internet signal. I think it was the problem with cable company. Every 5-10min the internet would not work. Other than that everything else was good. good location, clean cabin, close to parking, etc.

Terrific stay, Property is located in a perfect spot, the condominium was clean and everything worked.

Extremely pleased with the updated features of the condo. However, the 2nd bedroom mattress/box spring was extremely worn out and every slight movement that was made a screech of the box spring/mattress was heard from the master bedroom. The master bathroom shower head resembled something from a high school gym or camp ground shower head. No real quality blankets on the beds so we froze at night. Other than that the condo was fabulous.

I sent the email below to Mammoth Reservations but received NO response so I&#x2019;ll share it here:<br/><br/>I just rented a condo in Horizons 4, unit #165, May 5-8. We arrived late on May 5 to find that this unit was in disrepair. <br/>1 - In the second bedroom we kept hearing a loud &#x201C;crinkling&#x201D; noise. After much investigation we found that the window had a large hole and cracks in it. It was boarded from the outside and covered with plastic on the inside. Every time the wind would blow the plastic made noise keeping us up all night. <br/>2 - In the master bathroom, the shower head was missing so water just came out in a stream. Also the electrical outlet did not work. <br/><br/>On May 6 we called to report the issues. On May 7 someone came and added tape over the plastic on the window. Unfortunately this did not fix the noise issue. Nothing was done in the master bath. <br/><br/>Everything else in this condo was wonderful: fully stocked kitchen, games, videos, etc.

Great downstairs unit. Clean. The only thing I think could use an update is the shower head in the master bath.

Condo is very well equipped. Comfortable and close to shopping.

Everything was as expected, clean, well-maintained and timely responses.

A great place for a family get-away! Property was exactly as described; updated, comfortable, clean and a well equipped kitchen. We had an issue with the heat that took a few days to resolve but plenty of firewood to keep us warm and a great management team that kept us updated and fixed the issue as soon as was possible. Location is perfect for walking to restaurants, Black Doubt tasting room, Von's and only a short drive to the village and hiking trailheads. We have stayed at this complex before (smaller unit) and have not been disappointed with the amenities on any visit.
