This stunning custom built home was designed to be the ULTIMATE experience for entertainment and relaxation. Boasting a private pool on the second story, Airdrop speakers inside and out, and a fourth floor built to entertain.
Accessing the second and main floor of the home either by stairs or the elevator* you are greeted with and open floor plan that includes an abundance of windows that allow natural light to greet you.. The living room has plush Italian Leather sofas, a flat screen TV and the finest finishes.
Directly off of the living room, the gourmet kitchen is a chefs DREAM. Equipped with top of the line appliances, cooking the days catch will be a breeze. This kitchen is stocked with a freezer that makes sphere customized ice balls for your favorite cocktails at the end of the day. Not a cocktail drinker? Thats ok, the Espresso machine will get you ready for a fun day in the sun. Cooking for a crowd is a breeze with the deluxe food processor, large toaster oven, warming drawer and wine cooler. With plenty of seating at the bar that offers pop up power outlets in the counter tops, your group will love keeping you company as you cook up a storm! Plenty of room for eight around the beautiful dining table, you are sure to satisfy a large crowd of friends or family.
Just outside the living room is a spacious deck with room for relaxation or play! Whether you are wanting to soak up the sun, or play pool volleyball, the space is large enough for all to enjoy! The private pool has the option of heating or cooling to fit your needs anytime of the year.
