It was a well equipped unit with all the needed essentials you need. Very easy access to everything you need on a quiet end of Ali’i Drive . There’s only 14 units in the building and seems to be filled with retirees. Parking was convenient and the building is wheelchair accessible.

We spent 15 days at the condo and found it to be spacious and central to shopping, restaurants and easy access to excursions. The lanai was spacious for having our meals and nice views of the sunsets. It would get noisy during the nights with motorbikes, etc and the church across the street would start their sound checks to get ready for their 7:00am service around 6:30am Sunday morning. All and all it was still a good vacation.

The day before my arrival the rental agency was in the unit and knew it was flooded. The ceiling was soaked and the floors were covered with water. They made no effort to contact me and give me a chance to change my departure and find another rental. When I arrived an hour before I could get into the unit, I was informed it could not be occupied. I was in Hawaii had spent $10,000.00 to get there and had no place to stay. The rental agency did not help me find a place, I was on my own, and had to move three times when I did find something later at a huge expense to me.
When I returned to the mainland 30 days later I called for my refund. and Cristina 75769 told me I would not get my money back until
the insurance claim was settled. I am aware that the refund should have been within 14 days. I called them the next day and talked to Amanda 75516 and tried to explain to her and she hung up on me. Monday the 2nd of February I called again, and got finance person who was quite sensible and said there was no one to sign the check until Thursday, I said that was not an option, I wanted my money sent out Feb. 2nd and later I got an e mail saying it had been sent. Over 35 days since I could not use the unit. Horrible treatment by the rental agency and definitely violation of real estate ethics. Amanda and Mike were in the unit before I arrived and knew the flood damage. Members of my family can verify this as they were staying elsewhere on the Island and knew of the problem.

We had a fabulous week staying in this lovely, spacious apartment. It is very well set up for self catering, with a full kitchen and dining area. The furnishings are very comfortable and perfect for a holiday rental. There are 2 bathrooms, one with washer and drier. There is a fantastic, large covered balcony with comfortable out door furnishings. There is a great ocean view from here but there are also lovely rocky shore areas within easy walk to watch the sunset. This apartment is about a 10 minute drive from downtown Kailua-Kona in one direction and about the same n the other direction to Magic Sands Beach Park so we found a car very useful.

The location was great. We could see the sunset over the ocean every evening. The kitchen was well used. The beds were comfortable. We needed to purchase extra tea towels, one didn't cut it. We also had to buy BBQ utensils. The kitchen and bedroom windows were impossible to open. They need to be replaced. Some of flooring needs to be finished, but that didn't bother us. It was great to have the sofa bed. My daughter used that. Unfortunately, the pool vacuum would come on at 7h30 every morning and made a lot of noise. Perhaps it could be deferred by a few hours so we can enjoy morning breakfast on the lovely balcony.

We were totally excited about our view and location! We had an unobstructed view of the ocean and would just cross the street and be there. Sitting on the lanai was our favorite sunset activity. The interior off the home was very clean but lacked the favor of Hawaii. A little color would have drawn me in more. The management company was very patient and helpful in answering our questions. I would recommend this home. The topper was the most beautiful music coming across the street Sunday morning from the tiny church.

we had a great experience at the villa. The unit did not have air conditioning but we did not need its. The location was great, right across from the ocean where we watched whales everyday. I would stay here in the future.

This was our 1st time to the Big Island and this place was perfect for us. We will be back again.

This unit does not have any air conditioning. Its 80+ degrees everyday air is needed! The two sliding doors onto the lanai were extremely hard to open and close also had pvc pipes to secure the doors. The two doors in the bathrooms were also extremely hard to open & close. The furniture outside the unit was in better condition than in the unit. The complex was quite and the view was great. The road noise was not a issue. Did not feel comfortable leaving the screens open at night. Very hard to sleep when its over 80 degrees. The drapes and the towels need to be replaced. We saw a **** roach in the bathroom and in the rec room. All the other guests in the units were very friendly!

It was ok but don’t think I’ll book again. For the price it wasn’t as nice as I thought it would be. Could have been cleaner. Also there were a lot of noise because of construction. The garage ha a lot construction trucks during the day.
