The house is two story with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, a big kitchen fully equipped with kitchenware, linens, beach gear and toys for the kids upstairs.

HoloHolo Ku is made up of 42 residential condominium buildings plus a club house with a great gym and resident manager's apartment. It is a very peaceful setting. This particular unit is in excellent condition and has only had one owner. It has a lovely garden which borders Parker Ranch pasture land and has a lovely view of Mauna Kea.
It has a great master bedroom and bath on the ground floor with privacy from the bedrooms upstairs. The propane fire place gives a warm ambiance and the furnishings are truly comfortable. A very cozy and comfortable home.
