Imagine, relaxing on your private balcony on one of the two chaise lounges sipping your morning coffee watching the morning sunrise or sitting at the table eating your favorite breakfast. The view of the beach and the pristine waters of the Gulf of Mexico from this unit is amazing.

Condominium rental unit #603 living room furniture was replaced in November 2021. This unit accommodates 4 people with a king sleigh bed in the master and a queen size sofa sleeper with a memory foam mattress in the living room. Tile floors are throughout the unit. The living room is equipped with all leather furniture and a 60” SMART HD flat screen TV and a HD cable box with the SEC Sports Channel. The master is equipped with a 55” flat screen. Both TV’s have a SMART blue ray DVD player. Remote control fans are located in the master and the living room. Kitchen is complete with all stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and a pantry for storing your groceries. The bath tub has been removed and this is a shower only unit.

The pool, tennis courts and complimentary beach chairs (3/1 thru 10/31)

Unit does not accommodate long term Snowbird Rentals.

The unit had a great view and was clean and well maintained. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay. I was missing but two things....a cutting board and a Keurig. But I managed. :-)

Best Spring Vacation! Loved the Condo ! clean and updated everything was so comfortable ! The staff was so efficient anything you need they go out of their way to help ! Loved the beach service with chairs and umbrella close to everything ! Quit and relaxing Safe and Secure second time we stayed their and we loved it will stay their again!!!

We love Destin because of the beautiful beach and awesome restaurants, La Paz, Shrimp Basket, Surf Hut, McGuires ! We love staying at the Holiday Surf and Racquet Club we have been coming twice a year for several years! We visited in November and February and the parking lot was under construction, the elevator landings were under construction, parking was difficult and trying to "vacation" during construction was a challenge.

My family had an amazing time. This was my 16th year staying at Holiday Surf. The room was beautiful and clean. Loved my view off of my balcony. The lobby smelled so clean and refreshing no matter what time of day I was down there. Cant wait to go back next year.

The condo looked exactly as pictured on line. Very comfortable furniture and bed. The 65 inch TV was a real bonus since the weather was not the best while we were there.

Have been coming to or through Destin for 45 years on business and pleasure. Have been staying at the HSRC during Christmas/New Years for the past 12 years. It is great because it is smaller and you do not have ride elavators forever.

2nd time staying here and we love it! Good location, nice beach. Condos are great, and have everything we needed! Good customer service, easy to book and pay. The property was a little dirty this time, trash in a lot of the stair wells, but also is peak visit season so a little understandable. Love this place and will stay again!

This is our third time staying at Holiday Surf, but the first time in this condo. We absolutely LOVED the chaise loungers on the balcony! That was actually the main reason we chose this unit. Everything was so modern and comfortable. I'm a country girl not used to such a high tech electric stove, but once I got the hang of it, all was good. Would definitely stay in this unit again! It was wonderful.

We had a nice vacation. BE SURE TO CHECK THE TERMS OF YOUR RESERVATION!!! When we initially booked our reservation, we were told that we would need to make a deposit of 20%. Our balance would be due on arrival;however, we received email notification that our balance would be due two weeks before our arrival. Not a big deal if one has an unlimited budget and credit card. In order to hold our reservation and not lose our deposit we had to put the balance on another credit card. Completely unexpected!!!

We had a great time here! There is a view from every condo and our view was great. The unit was immaculate and I couldn't have asked for better. The walk to the beach was easy, even taking an ice chest and other assorted thing. The beach is REALLY close. I would definitely stay here again next time I go to Destin.

We really enjoyed our stay in this property. It was clean and comfortable. We had all the needed supplies to start our visit except coffee filters. The view was outstanding and we enjoyed watching dolphins play every morning and afternoon. The associates at the check out desk were very friendly and helpful

The room was beautiful and clean. Nice appliances and comfortable bed. I only have one complaint. It was very hot in the room. We tried to adjust the AC but nothing would make it change. It stayed 80 degrees in our room the entire stay.

We had a wonderful time in unit 603! It was our 9 month old son's first time to see the beach! The unit was great and the location was perfect! We never had to be in the car very long!

Have stayed in this unit the last 3 years and we love it. View is terrific and the unit has everything you would want. Staff is very helpful and called twice to make sure everything was fine.

We had an outstanding visit at this property. The pictures are accurate. Place is clean and great view of gulf. Only thing I think they could add was a mirror in Bedroom. There is only one mirror in the bathroom so it did pose a small issue getting ready while someone is in there. I would go back to this property with no problem. Management team was helpful and very nice. I can't say enough good about this condo except you won't be disappointed!

Our condo met all our needs. The condo itself was beautiful and the balcony look straight at the beach and the ocean. It was exciting to see dolphins playing in the morning and boats and activities on the waters in the afternoon.

First trip to Destin and we loved every minute! Staff at front desk were very friendly and helpful! Our room #603 was spotless and very nicely decorated! King size bed was very comfortable! The view from the balcony of the ocean was absolutely gorgeous! Foley was great at the beach every day setting up and taking down all the complimentary umbrellas and chairs! Will definitely stay here again!

First trip to Destin. Beaurtiful condo and enjoyed the entire Destin area. There was a lot of major maintenance going on in the complex which was unexpected. This my happen each year to get ready for the prime rental season but at times it was a little annoying. It appeared most of the work was close to completfion by the time we had to leave.

We loved the room. The shower could have had a little more water pressure. The keyless door lock never worked all week. Front desk gave us a key to use. Maintenance never fixed it. The air conditioning system would default to 76 degrees every evening. No one seemed to know why. Despite these problems, we enjoyed our stay.

I absolutely loved this condo. What I didn’t love was the air unit was out, so we were very hot! When we told the front, it took them almost 10 hours to have it looked at and to offer us another room. The room the offered us was TERRIBLE. They were. It willing to offer us money back, or an extra night. I don’t know that I would stay here again.
