Overall, the property appears to be ready for major remodel. Paint peeling, rust, etc. At first glance we were concerned that our units would look like the overall appearance of the property.
All in all, we enjoyed our stay at Holiday Surf. Hope to get back for another vacation after property has much needed 'face-lift'...
Unit 513 was decorated in a very modern way to our taste and also had great upgraded appliances and TVs. The view was fantastic (as with most units) and fairly close to the elevator (for those heavy grocery hauls!).
The only real negatives were in the kitchen flooring and bathroom. The flooring in the kitchen seemed slightly unfinished in a small potion under the counters, functions fine but not aesthetically appealing. The bathroom seemed to have a slow leak from the toilet and some of the wood on the sink cabinetry could use replacing. Bed was a bit firm for my wife’s taste, but I found it comfortable.
Overall a very enjoyable stay, with some minor work done this would be five stars and probably one of the top one bedroom units on the property.
