We invite you to enjoy a relaxing stay in Unit 314, recently redecorated it fresh and appealing. This unit sleeps up to six, featuring a luxurious king-sized bed in the Master Bedroom, two twin beds in the Guest Room, as well as a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living area. The full kitchen is beautiful and well equipped with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The dining table seats six. The living room and bedrooms feature large flat screen High Definition TVs and DVD players. You'll have a fantastic view from open air balcony. Also the location is conveniently situated near the elevator. There is easy access to the beautiful beaches, sparkling pool, and other amenities. This unit does accommodate long term guests from November through February.

This was our 4th year out of 5 in his unit. We feel comfortable in the unit however the couch and chair are hard for an older person to get out of. The bed is comfortable which makes for a good night's sleep. The location of the unit is close to the stairs and elevator which is handy when bringing in groceries. The location of HSRC is off the main highway, so there is very little noise. We always enjoy our stay and are coming back next year to the same unit.

We have stayed in Unit 314 4 out of 5 years and re very satisfied with the unit and feel comfortable and at home in the unit. The only thing I could say is that the sofa and chair are very hard for an older person to get out of. We love the location of the unit as it is close to the elevators, stairs and has a nice view of the pool, tennis courts and gulf. We have signed up for 2023 for another 6 weeks of fun in the sun and hope to be able to rent this unit for many more years to come.

We loved unit 314! It was perfect for our family. We stayed during Covid 19 and the staff worked so hard to keep everything sanitized for us, especially the elevator area. Everyone was so friendly. Holiday Surf and Racquet Club is the only place in Destin we will stay. We hope to stay in 314 again next year.

We have rented unit 314 in prior years and we find it to be very adequate for us. This year we did notice that a few things could be improved such as carpets should be cleaned, cabinet door for the refuse container should be repaired or replaced, and other more minor things could be done. Whoever installed the range never leveled it properly also. We are planning on renting the same unit next year as we enjoyed its location and enjoyed our stay there.

We found that the building & grounds looked the best since we started staying there for the last 3years. The area around the elevators was neatly painted and looked a lot better than past years. We were unhappy about the rental cost rising so much and the fact that we could not rent at the snow bird rate until March 15th. Friends that stayed until March 15th said that the parking lot was empty with extreme vacancies that could have been filled if we were allowed to stay!When checking over our room we noted that a lamp shade was destroyed (huge hole in it and the front desk said that it would be replaced and that never happened during our stay. Otherwise the weather was not the greatest but we did still have a positive experience. We have 4 other couples from Wisconsin that have now been there for several years. We have rented condo 314 for 2 years and like this unit as we plan on returning there again next year and have the same unit rented.

We had a good time at Holiday Surf and Racquet Club. We were able to check in early and the unit was clean. Facility is close to shopping and eating places and it is just a short walk to the beach. The check in staff was very helpful and receptive to the comments that we made on departure.

This condo was in a great location, the unit is clean, updated, and the building managers were very accommodating. Love that they had beach chairs for the condo renters. I would stay here again. Great experience!

We have stayed at Holiday Surf 2 other times and all at different condos. Very clean, great location, beach and pool is awesome. Uber is cheap to go anywhere. Shopping of any sorts is close by. Can't ask for anything more than maybe a bar at the beach. Very quite.

We had a very enjoyable experience. The unit was exactly as shown on the web site. Everything we needed was included. Caesar, the handyman was always working, pleasant and helpful. The front office staff could not have been nicer. Had wonderful ideas as to where to eat as well as sight see. We enjoyed it so much we will be back next year.

Rented for two nights and was unable to come the first due to the fact that the facility was within the storm surge area. Had en overnight ER visit with my dad who was coming along and didn't even arrive until early evening on Sunday with checkout Monday. The pool was closed. There was no beach access. The patio furniture had not been put back outside. The walkway from the elevator to the room was VERY slippery. Spent way too much money for the amount of stay.

This cozy condo sports all the modern amenities one could hope for in a beach vacation rental: recently remodeled, scenic view, great location, complimentary umbrella/chair rental, and plenty of room for 4 adults, 2 children, and all the rats you care for! What's that I hear? You don't care for the company of vermin? Well take it up with management, who will make a half-hearted attempt to make things right by switching you to a worse rental for the night, then ignore your requests for follow-up for the remainder of your stay!

Our room was very clean ...did not have a lot of cooking/baking items ( no baking sheets, cake pans ). Main complaint this year is the beach tags that had to be put on the chairs every morning to ensure your place on the beach. Honestly, I don't think many people enjoy getting up at 6:00-6:30 every morning of their vacation to reserve their spot on the beach. As usual, Scott and his assistant Russell were very courteous and helpful .
