In Units 1 and 2, you’ll find an inviting living area with a 55” TV and a queen sleeper sofa.
Featuring a studio layout, Unit 3 provides a 50” TV, while Units 4 and 5 are each outfitted with a sleeper sofa and 50” TV.
KITCHEN & DINING
Each unit has a well-equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. A welcoming open floor plan includes a dining area -- making it easy to enjoy home-cooked meals with your crew.
BED & BATH
Between six bedrooms and four sleeper sofas, this property accommodates 20 guests total.
In Unit 1, you’ll find a primary bedroom with a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. This unit’s second bedroom has another king bed. The full bathroom is equipped with a tub/shower combination.
The remaining units each have a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. A queen bed promises a restful slumber in Unit 2, while a king bed is offered in Unit 3. An additional queen bed can be found in both Unit 4 and 5.
OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES
Unwind in your bubbling hot tub in the shared courtyard. The courtyard also includes a shared propane grill for guest use.

THE FINE PRINT
Strict ordinances govern Tahoe vacation rentals. This home cannot be used for parties/weddings/receptions. Maximum allowable occupancy is 20 people and 6 cars, enforced/patrolled 24 hours/day (meaning even an afternoon BBQ with too many people is subject to citation/fine). Over-occupancy, excess vehicles, or excessive noise any time of day will result in guest fine up to $2,000 (in addition to fines assessed against the homeowner by local authorities). Failure to observe the NO PARTY policy may result in eviction. No hot tub use after 10pm. This home is in a sound-sensitive neighborhood and is not suitable for large/noisy groups.
