location was ideal, estimated time to the village listed under the rental was true. the apt was good but had only one toilet and one shower for 4 people. That was not practical. It was on the older side, but they provided everything necessary, shampoo, towels, etc.

We loved staying here for the price, convenience and amenities in the unit. It had everything we could ever need for cooking nice meals. However, the best feature for us is walking to the Village and Mammoth Brewing Company. Laundry room is right next door. The hot tub is more of a schlep and it's okay.

We entered a clean, spacious, and well supplied condo. Key pick up and drop off was easy.

Simple, basic and affordable. It was a very close walk to the village and gondola. The condo was comfortable. It suited our needs for a family of 4. We could have used a snow shovel though. It snowed 2-3 overnight. I was eventually able to track one down at the managers office.

This condo is in the perfect location and is less than a 5 minute walk to the village. The condo is quiet and everyone pretty much kept to themselves. The only negative thing I can think of for #37 in particular is that the bed is not comfortable. Not a huge deal but definitely something we noticed.

Easy check in and out. Very well maintained condo. We found everything what we needed there. 6 minutes walk to Village Gondola.

Great location near the village. Minimal stairs down to unit with convenient parking. Close to pool and hot tub. Would have been perfect if the upstairs condo didn't decide to install flooring early on a stormy Sunday morning.

Very nice, we enjoyed the condo and the ease of walking to the Village.

We were in Mammoth to enjoy the hiking, mountain biking and to do some altitude running for cross country. This unit worked out great as it across the street from the main village and offered easy access to everything reducing the amount of driving. Unit was clean but could use some updating , the bedroom door will not shut all the way and the spa was out of order. I would recommend this unit for sure as it was clean and again close to the village...

My Husband and I had a marvelous experience with the entire Staff at Mammoth Sierra Reservations. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our accommodations were much better than expected. Very clean, quiet and peaceful. The atmosphere was very calm and peaceful. The pool and jacuzzi very clean and recently renovated. Wonderful location amid the pines and within walking distance of a trail and town. We were treated with a surprise bottle of Cabernet Sauvignon to help us celebrate our anniversary. We would definitely like to return and gladly recommend it as a true home away from home. We give it a five star in every category.
