ABOUT THE HOME
Perched on Mariner’s Ridge overlooking beautiful Maunalua Bay and Koko Marina, this three-story home offers the best views with absolutely no obstructions. You’ll also be at a level that’s easy to access the town center via a short 15-minute walk.
Unwind in the main living area with soaring ceilings, ample natural light, and stunning 270-degree vistas of the ocean and mountains. Settle in on the leather sofas and armchair to watch the 65” TV.
Two expansive decks offer shimmering ocean views. Dine alfresco on the upper deck, or unwind on the sprawling lower deck, furnished with modern wicker chairs.
Your fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Serve up meals at the breakfast bar for four, or gather at the six-person dining table.
In the evenings, retreat to the master suite with a king bed, two large closets, and an armchair. The master includes private access to the deck and an en-suite bath with a walk-in shower and double vanity.
The second and third bedrooms each offer a queen bed and ample closet space. The adjacent second bathroom features a tub/shower combination.
Head downstairs to find a large 500 square-foot suite with a queen bed and an en-suite bath with a walk-in shower. The suite also has a second living area with a love seat, a 57” TV, and direct access to the backyard as well as a separate space for yoga, meditation, or study.
Extras include complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and parking for one vehicle in the garage and two in the driveway. This rental does not have air-conditioning.
