This home is all about the indoor/outdoor life. The layout invites you and your guests toward the harbor. Sliding glass doors lead out to porches on both floors. Sea breezes have plenty of room to circulate through the open, high-ceilinged living/dining area on the first floor.
The additional living area upstairs opens to the hall and has access to the upstairs porch.
KITCHEN & DINING
The dining table folds out to seat 10. There are also two huge tablecloths for use when the dining room table is expanded. The kitchen features a gas range and plenty of cabinet and counter space for your marketplace finds.
BEDROOMS & BATHS
This home sleeps up to eight guests in three bedrooms and a futon in the additional living space.
The first-floor master bedroom feels like its own oasis with a queen-size bed and simple, stylish decor. Enjoy access to the tranquil garden path just outside this bedroom. The skylight keeps the room bright and beachy. An en-suite bathroom has plenty of counter space and a walk-in shower.
Upstairs, the second bedroom has a queen-size bed and is just as bright and calming as the master. The third bedroom has a twin-size bed with a twin-size trundle. Both rooms feature plenty of closet and storage space.
An additional living space has a futon and serves as an extra sleeping area. A shared guest bathroom on the second floor has a tub/shower combination with a sliding glass door.
Fire up the charcoal grill and dine alfresco in the fresh air -- the patio table seats six under the shade of an umbrella.
You have a private dock -- so feel free to bring a boat. Boats up to 40’ can dock at this home in the designated boat dock. Kayak and jet ski rentals are also readily accessible in the harbor.

Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and parking for two cars (one in the driveway and one in the garage). Additional street parking is available for three cars in designated areas away from the home.
The magic of this property is in the seafaring potential! If you’re a fisherman, Mirage Sportfishing (just a 5-minute walk) will take you out to find that perfect catch. If you’d rather swim, the beach is beautiful and only a 10-minute stroll from home.
