The space
This is a brand new remodel finished in January of 2023. New flooring, painting, appliances, fixtures, furniture, the works.
End of Harbor is a public beach access open and free. Super duper easy access to the sand and sun!
This condo is located on the 2nd floor in a 3 plex in perhaps the most centralized location on South Padre Island. 2 parking are included off the street. Walk to perhaps 20 or more restaurants & bars you will not need a vehicle.
Bedding is a queen in master, 3 twins in the 2nd bedroom. The sofa and queen sized airbed is included in the bed count to allow up to 8 people total - please understand that does include babies.

*Very central location can be noisy outside at 105 e harbor
