This air-conditioned vacation home has an open floor plan made up of a kitchen, dining area, living room, and oceanfront lanai. Keyless entry and a washer/dryer are included for your convenience. The kitchen has upgraded stainless steel appliances and is well equipped. Guests can keep the conversation up with the chef by sitting at the built-in breakfast bar. A dining table is set with seating for 6.
The living room is equipped with a large flat-screen TV, DVD player, stereo, and WIFI. The couch opens into a sofa sleeper for additional sleeping space. The private lanai features a BBQ and a refrigerator so you can dine alfresco. Sit out here with a Mai Tai and watch the whales (in season) and breathtaking sunsets over the blue water.
After a full day of fun and sun, head to the master bedroom featuring a King-sized bed, ocean-front view, TV, and an attached bathroom. Crack the windows to listen to the sound of waves crashing. The master bathroom has dual sinks and a standalone shower. The guest bedroom is perfect if you are traveling with any kids. It is furnished with two Twin-sized beds, TV and a DVD player. On request with an extra fee, the twin beds can be converted to a King bed. The guest bathroom has a shower/tub combo.
But wait, it gets even better! The icing on the cake is the owner has purchased a membership at the Waikoloa Beach Resort which allows guests to play at both Waikoloa Beach Golf Courses at a deep discount. The 2019 Waikoloa Beach Resort golf rate is $150 a round. Guest of Hali'i Kai 14B can use the membership to play the Kings Course for $50 a round and the Beach Course for $75 a round.
Please note: Minimum 7-night stay is required for President's Day, Easter, Thanksgiving, and the Christmas/New Year's period. The Ironman 70.3, formerly known as the Honu Triathlon, and the Lavaman Triathlon, have a 7-night stay requirement as well.

This home will be stocked with a starter set of consumables such as soaps and paper products. Guests are advised to either bring or purchase additional after arrival.
Keahole Kona Airport to Hali'i Kai at the Waikoloa Beach Resort:
1) Exit the airport onto Highway 19; turn left (heading north) for properties located at the Waikoloa Beach Resort.
2) Drive 17 miles, turning left into the Waikoloa Beach Resort at the traffic light.
3) Take Waikoloa Beach Drive 1.75 miles until you reach the Hali'i Kai sign (in traffic island in front of you) and take a left into Hali'i Kai.
4) Drive toward the ocean and bear right.
5) Building 14 is on your left. Parking available in 14B carport. Additional parking available across from building 15.
6) Proceed to condo unit 14B. Use the KABA Electronic Lock code provided above to access the condo. The key pad is located below the doorknob. Insert your code. A green light will display, then, pull down on the door handle to open.
If you arrive between the hours of 8am-8pm M-F, or 8am-6pm Sat-Sun, please go directly to the Hali'i Kai office located on the left immediately after you pass the Hali'i Kai entry gate. At this office please identify yourself as a Grand Welcome guest, your name, and your Hali'i Kai unit number. At the office you will receive your Ocean Club electronic key card, which provides entry to the Hali'i Kai Ocean Club. If you arrive after hours, please proceed to the office the next morning. Upon your departure, please make certain that you return your Ocean Club electronic key card to the office where you picked up the card to avoid a lost card fee of $10.00.
