Located at Pointe West Beach Club with access to lavish amenities including two outdoor pools, two hot tubs, and a lazy river, as well as on-site dining, a fitness center, and fishing pier.
LIVING AREA
Kick back and relax on a sleeper sofa, armchair, and set of seagrass chairs in the sunlit living room. Stream Netflix shows on the 48” TV or simply gaze at the Gulf through wall-to-wall windows.
KITCHEN & DINING
Create favorite recipes in the fully stocked kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances and a three-seat kitchen bar.
Enjoy home-cooked meals together at the dining table set for five.
BED & BATH
This condo includes three bedrooms and a sleeper sofa that sleep eight total. Two full bathrooms are each stocked with a complimentary starter supply of toiletries.
The master bedroom is outfitted with a king bed, 40” TV, walk-in closet, and private balcony. The en-suite master bathroom features a double vanity and walk-in shower.
The second bedroom has a full-over-full bunk bed, twin daybed with additional twin trundle, and a flat-screen TV. The second bathroom is equipped with a tub/shower combination. Sweet dreams await on a queen bed in the third bedroom, complete with a flat-screen TV.
OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES
Take in expansive Gulf views on the private balcony, complete with a two-seat bistro table and alfresco dining at a four-seat table. The master bedroom includes access to an additional private balcony.
Float in the lazy river or sunbathe poolside at two pools. The infinity pool includes a spa and kiddie pool and overlooks the beach, while the tropical Sunset pool has a lazy river, hot tub, and views of the bay.
Enjoy crabbing off the fishing pier, located on one of the many lakes surrounding the property.

A washer/dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, games, and a Wii are provided.
Reserved parking is available for one vehicle in the garage. Additional first-come, first-serve parking may be available in the outdoor lot.
Beginning March 1st, 2021, a $15 fee is required per guest (age 3+) to access the Pointe West Beach Club amenities:
