Due to Covid social distancing guidelines not all amenities can be guaranteed. Many workout facilities, shared pools, and hot tubs are closed and some are limited and may be subject to reservation. Please visit the Chamber of Commerce web pages for Winter Park or Grand Lake for local information related to COVID regulations.
This is a cozy 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom home located at the portal of the quaint town of Grand Lake. This home sleeps 7 and is the perfect mountain/lake getaway to relax and enjoy the fresh air and outdoor activities. After a long day hiking, skiing, boating, or on the snowmobile you can come home and cook a gourmet meal in the well equipped full kitchen. This home offers a huge deck with peek of lake and mountains. Ideal for stargazing and grilling out with friends and family. This home also features an outdoor fire-pit; *please follow Grand County fire bans when in place*, (please note that in door fireplace is not available for guest use), a grill on the deck, and a washer/dryer.
This home is conveniently across the street from the Mountain Market and a short 5 minute walk to the town main street where guests can enjoy shopping, entertainment, dining, summer boat rentals, and more! There is also a performing arts venue right in town, presenting professional productions of Broadway musicals each summer. This home is a short drive from Rocky Mountain National Park Grand Lake entrance as well as Adams Falls, 4 gorgeous mountain lakes and multiple ski resorts.
In the winter, Snowmobiling is right out the front door with a place to park your trailer. Simply hop right on the trail from the driveway with your sleds or guests can rent snowmobiles just a short walk down the driveway.
*Minimum Age Requirement to rent this home is 25.
*Please note that this property is equipped with a front door camera with audio recording abilities for security. There is also a security camera in the home that may be unplugged during your stay.
Winter Park offers a grace period of 24 hours for 100% refund if canceled within 24 hours of booking; 100% refund of initial payment up to 14 days prior to check-in; 50% refund if canceled before 7 days of check-in. 0% if canceled within 7 days of check in.During these unusual times, we treat every reservation individually and have worked with many guests on a case by case basis.
