We were very happy with our stay. There is plenty of room overall. The master bed is comfortable. The view from the room is great! Kitchen is well equipped. Twin bed in the secondary room, bunk beds and even a pull out bed from the sofa! Room for everyone! Love the location! The room is clean and comfortable. The management team checked on us often, very professional. We will be back.

TV in living room was broke/ off color. Chair in living room was broken. The beds were hard. design was pretty and we loved the view. no air in any elevators made the ride to the 18th floor horrible.

Overall a pretty nice place for the $$$. Beds were very uncomfortable and I would suggest bringing your own pillows. Also, the kitchen was lacking some essentials. I would recommend as an overall good value and beautiful view of the excellent beach.

We stayed at Grand Panama the first week of October and it was amazing! The room was very clean upon arrival. Kitchen was stocked to meet all of our needs even including a crockpot! The unit was very spacious and there was plenty of room for all 7 of us. Only downfall is the parking garage...terrible design!

I haven't ever stayed in a more disgusting unit in all my life. The carpets were originally white, I think; however, due to all of the stains, it appeared to be gray with black splotches. I would like to know the last time they actually moved any furniture to vacuum. I wouldn't let my family sit on any of the chairs or couch without a towel under them - yes, it was that bad.
The kitchen was not stocked with hardly anything. The coffee pot didn't even have a basket to hold the filter!
There were holes in the walls that had been patched, but they didn't bother to repaint. Lots of baseboards were missing. This unit has been abused and nobody seems to care.
The resort was nice, but this unit was horrible.

Rooms were smaller than I expected but not a deal breaker. View and access to beach were wonderful. The carpet must be replaced. That would be my biggest gripe.

That condo was nasty smell really bad the Ac wasn't working and the little beds were broken on the bottom wait are you renting some like this shame on your self the pillows were nasty they have no covers, really dirty pillows, and thanks for remind me so I can put it all over the Internet I'm really mad because I couldn't sleep well because the smell we had leave the door opens

My overall stay was great! The views were breathtaking and the beach was beautiful. My children really enjoyed the pools and my youngest child loved the kiddie pool.The only bad things I can say about this place is the carpet could use a good cleaning and being that it's on the 18th floor it was a lil bit of a wait for the elevators.

Great place. Beautiful view. My only complaint is there are not enough dishes/cooking pans in the kitchen. Other than that one small hiccup, our stay was fantastic. Would definitely recommend!!

First impressions, the place was spotless, warm and cozy. All the amenities promised from the add, and the view was fabulous. The customer service was the best part, they were very attentive to very need and very nice. Parking is kinda scarce but other than that the condo was perfect. I am a very satisfied customer and we will definitely use them again, very soon.

Absolutely LOVED this vacation rental. Much more than we expected!!! Have been so disappointed in the past with other places we have stayed, but not this time. It was clean and very, very nice! Loved waking up to the beautiful view of the ocean. Our kids wanted to move in! :) Will never stay anywhere else again!!! Thank you so much for a wonderful vacation!!

The property was exactly as described in the review.The condo was very clean and very well maintained. The Mgt Company was the absolute best. They checked up on us upon arrival and checked in to ensure all our needs were met. Best Mgt. Company EVER! I would recommend this property. The restaurants were excellent in the area. Beautiful!

If anyone chooses to go to PCB, you're doing yourselves a disservice if you don't allow Book That Condo the opportunity to take care of you. They're that good.

The Condo was small for 6 to 8 people but the condo was nice. I was unhappy with the kitchen. There was no drinking glasses and not enough dishes. I felt i was always washing dishes to cook. Other than the small condo and no dishes we had a wonderful vacation.

The pool was dirty most of our stay. You had to wait a long time for the elevators. We had to park in the sand lot way in the back most of our stay. The luggage racks were very hard to find, didn't matter what time of day.

Not many utensils, minor mechanical issues and cosmetic issues, we came in on Friday night no AC until Monday,loose toilet seat, inoperable ceiling fan in the master bedroom, balcony light out. No phone in suite. Other issue, we were told we would be booked Saturday thru Friday and leave Saturday morning,long story short Friday morning house keeping arrived expecting the condo to be vacant,that was a major inconvenience and we immediately left, I feel that was a terrible lack of communication. My in laws also had the same experience, expecting to leave Sunday and having to leave Saturday. FYI check your booking!!!

This condo was so dirty, the walls have not been painted in years, we had no pot holders, dish washing soap, and the so called Tiki Bar was closed and they ran you out of the pool area if you had anything drink in your hand. Not much of a vacation for 3 adult women trying to relax and have a little fun

The rental was cleaned, but I expected more for what I was paying. I paid over $700 for 3 nights, to stay in a condo with severely stained carpet, a grimy shower stall, and just worn out ammeneities. This condo needs updating. It's especially upsetting since part of my cost included a $200 cleaning fee. For a condo *I* had to clean before checking out. If you're going to charge a $200 cleaning fee, why is the renter the one to take the garbage out and run the dishwasher? I understand cleaning up general messes (there were none - it was just me and a local staying there), but that was a bit much.

Panama City Beach, though, was gorgeous. I will definitely return, but I don't believe I'll book through this vendor or stay at this complex again.

When we walked in the condo was exactly has it looked on the website which is always good. There was plenty of room for all 6 of us and everyone had their own space which was nice. The condo was clean and well kept, there were all the amenities that we wanted and needed. The view from the balcony was beautiful and everyone enjoyed eating out there and just taking in the sights and sounds of the ocean from there. The only complaint we would have is that the elevators ran very slow and if you tried to get one during some of the peak times like around dinner time you sometimes ended up waiting for an elevator for up to 15-20 minutes.

Returned to Florida for our forth year. We have been staying the month of February in Panama City beach and this was our second stay at the Grand Panama. This is a great place to stay and our condo was wonderful. The weather was above normal temperatures and we had enough sun for a great month of fun. Will be returning to the Grand Panama again next year.

Very nice condo right on the beach. Large pool with hot tub and kiddie pool. Tiki bar poolside. Room had everything we needed for our stay. Only thing negative was that you are given two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom and 2 total garbage bags for your entire stay. Since we were there for an extended weekend had to go buy both items. Wasn't a big deal just never encountered that before. Heads up to bring your own! Condo was clean and in excellent condition. Will definitely stay there again. We reserved thru Book A Condo and those folks were excellent.

We have been coming to PCB for 35+ years. We have rented many condos. Majority of that time has been positive but also had some bad. This condo is exactly what you see int he pictures. Kitchen is well stocked. I would mostly definitely stay here again. Book That Condo was a pleasure to work with. Their customer service and communication with their customers is excellent.

After being at the room for a little over three hours I checked the refrigerator and found that for unknown reasons it had cut off. I tried several times to get it to come on, but was unsuccessful so we called the number for after hours. We were told that the refrigerator needed 24 hours to cool down which I understood, but when I explained that it wasn't coming on to allow it to cool down I was told that there was nothing else they could do. We had to throw out all the deli meats by morning. Lucky for us it finally came on and worked the rest of the week. We didn't get a call from anyone the next day until lunch time. Other than the fridge issues we had a good experience. Because of the COVID virus I feel that it would have been beneficial for the elevators to be desensitized more.

Our stay at Grand Panama was delightful. The room was very clean and we all slept well. Could use some more towels and wash clothes. Quiet location away from the main pier. Loved at atmosphere. Very pretty condo. Highly suggest.

Great view of the gulf from The balcony , condo very roomy , cozy , supplied everything we needed for our home away from home , the kitchen was well stocked with plenty of cookware even small elec. appliances , This condo is located very close to shops , & tasty places to eat . We very much enjoyed our visit & hopefully soon we can be returning to this same condo ,We will be sure to book thru Book That Condo ! Wonderful & caring company .

We always book thru Book That Condo , they are very professional & extra friendly , We usually stay for 6 weeks in a beach front condo . We had a wonderful visit , the condo was very clean & very inviting . The kitchen was well stocked , & we had a beautiful view . We pan to book again for next year !
