Awaken to morning songbirds... at dusk, catch the sight of white egrets, blue herons, owls, and red-tailed hawks migrating to their Creekside sleeping trees. A magical setting along Sonoma Creek which will allow you to experience and feel nature -- from the springtime ducklings learning to swim to special glimpses of turtles, otters, and trout -- this peaceful contemporary home will surely capture your hearts.
As you enter, the grand entryway will greet you with cathedral ceilings, exposed beams, and several skylights. Off the entryway is a cozy den, the updated kitchen overlooks the beautiful views of the forested hills and babbling creek. The expansive decks create a fluid transition between indoor and outdoor living. The master bedroom is elegant with gorgeous light fixtures, a separate shower, and a soaking tub. Your guests will have their own private deck off of the guest bedroom to spend time in meditation or enjoy the fresh air and chirping birds. As you make your way down the spiral staircase you will find multiple areas to gather and entertain... Don't miss the delightful access to the creek beyond the gate or unwind and gaze at the stars and moon from the hot tub.

This amazing home boasts two bedrooms but sleeps like a three-bedroom with a workspace that has a window and closet. There is an extra space off the master bedroom that is set up as an office for those working remotely.
In addition, there are two living spaces -- a grand entry room for a formal living room and a family room for casual TV nights that has a full-size foldout sofa in case you'll need more space to sleep.
Pets shall be allowed on a case-by-case basis with an extra deposit required.
Other things to note:
The house is single level but, throughout the home, there is one step from room to room. In addition, you can get to the backyard from the deck stairs or go around from the front of the house with a slight slope downhill.

Due to previous incidents, the max guest limit is six (6) and the max number of vehicles is two (2)
The house is located in a quiet community close to other neighbors. After 10 pm all outdoor entertaining needs to move inside and the hot tub can no longer be used. There are outdoor cameras & noise monitors to help us maintain our very sensitive neighbor relations & assure a peaceful tranquil experience for everyone! Thank you for understanding
