A pristine four-bedroom villa, with 3518 square feet, located within Exclusive Island, a private community, on the renowned Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman property. You will find two bedrooms located on the first floor, each with a king bed, and two bedrooms upstairs with a king bed in the junior master suite, and 2 queen beds in the guest room. This home comes with a fully equipped kitchen, ample dining and living space, as well as a private pool overlooking the canal. Access to a golf-cart is also included for ease of transportation throughout the resort. This property overlooks the resort’s nine-hole golf course and views of the mangrove-lined lagoon. With a spacious terrace and a small, private plunge pool, the four-bedroom luxury villa offers plenty of expansive indoor and outdoor spaces to call your own. A highlight of the property is the paved pool deck, perfect for entertaining. The villa is a short golf cart ride to The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman resort amenities including the 20,000-square-foot spa and waterpark, Starfish Cay.
