The distance from the house to the water's edge is 50 feet. Swim, paddleboard, kayak and fish from your private dock.

Life jackets and paddles are located on the deck closest to the lake in a storage box.
Guests agree to wear life jackets while using provided boat(s) and/or paddleboard(s).
KAYAK & PADDLEBOARDS:
The kayak and paddleboards offered for guest use, are not washed for guests arrival.
Guests are responsible for washing the kayak and paddleboards for their own use.
PONTOON BOAT:
The pontoon boat is not available for guest use and is strictly off limits; any attempt to access the boat will result in immediate termination of the occupancy, and forfeiture of all deposits.

This property has interior & exterior stairways.
There are multiple sets of stairs from the house to the dock.
