Situated on a beautiful and private 9 acre parcel, this unique property shares it’s boundaries with Snipe Lake and a private pond. Come explore Snipe Lake’s 200+ acres of clear water and take in the breathtaking views from the coz boathouse along the lake shore. The boat house is the perfect place to prepare for your adventures on the water or for a memorable evening around the fire pit.

Sports enthusiasts will be overjoyed by the massive garage available for snowmobiles, ATVs and other equipment. The garage is fully lit for a convenient space to tune up your vehicle before hitting the trails!
