2023 Shoreline Tower is located in Tower II sits right on the water and provides FREE BEACH SETUP - 2 Chairs and 1 Umbrella. Unit 2023 is a spacious 1430 square feet with two bedrooms and two full size baths. This unit has one king bed and tv and two full size beds. The living room has a large flat screen with a dvd player and a wonderful view of the beach and Gulf of Mexico. The all electric open kitchen has all the comforts of home and a full size washer and dryer inside the unit for guests convenience. Shoreline Towers is within walking distance of restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies and the Big Kahuna Water Park. Come and enjoy your vacation at Shoreline Towers Unit 2023.

Love the location. Will stay here again and again. Only negative was this particular unit wasn’t as clean as I would have liked. The carpet was dirty and stained. The curtains were missing hooks so the were dragging.

I have stayed at Shoreline Towers many times over the last 4-5 years in other units. I have always enjoyed my stay there due to it being a good location and easy in and out during the day. However, due to not being able to book my stay from a Saturday to Saturday, the only unit the management would rent to me was unit 2023. I was there from Tuesday-Tuesday, a week. This unit is in dire need of updating as appears not updated since the 70's when it was built. Everyone in our family that stayed there was bitten all over by something. We thought it might be bedbugs but wasn't sure. The mattresses should have been replaced years ago as they are stained and too old and did not even have mattress covers on some of them. We did not enjoy our stay in this unit and would never stay in it again. I would recommend Shoreline Towers to friends but not this unit. Paid way too much to be bitten all over and have to sleep on these worn out mattresses. I can't believe management has not contacted the owners to update this unit if it is on the rental program.

This was my first trip to Destin. I couldn't have chosen a better place to stay. My unit was very clean, decorated so cute. Anything I needed was there. Its right on the beach. I have already rented 3 units for next summer!

We are here for 9 weeks through March 26th so we are Happy Snow Birds !!! Our Condo is Lovely and we had the same one last Year. We are right on the water and see Everyone who walks through the courtyard on their way to the beach. The People here a Friendly and the Snow Bird Club plans Great Activities, Movie Night, Cocktail Parties, Golf Outings, Ladies' Luncheon, and the Star Realty puts on a Barbecue for Us. The Realty Co. is very accommodating and Friendly. We are Happy to be Here !

Good..place could be updated:however, the beds were as good as home. The bathrooms were not very we bought a Spray Bottle of cleaner at Walgreens. Been a few years since we have visited Destin..Amazed at how it has grown..Our 1st time was in 1992.The time before last was about 6 years ago..never had traffic like this! Took us 11 hours from Nashville, Tn. Forgot how lovely the beach and water..makes it worthwhile..

Normally we go to Panama for our beach trip, but this year we decided to try out Destin. We were pleased with the unit. Just wished it had a pantry area for food storage. I really liked the open room and space. The staff were friendly when we checked in and departed. I really appreciate the housekeeping service assistance on Sunday. I'm sorry i didn't get her name. The beach was awesome and we found some really good restaurants in the area like Harry T's, Mcguires and Doughnut Hole. Truly our only issue was the noise from a unit being renovated, but it only lasted between the hours of 8:30 and 5. We cant wait for next year!

Our family loved our room at the shoreline towers. Everything was very clean and the beds were cozy. We had great access to the beach and the pool, which was very clean. Great vacation!

It was extreamly hot in the condo the entire week. The dish washer didn't work most of the time. The staff was very helpfull. The cleaning fee was way too high for what we were expected to do before we left.

The stay was great up until our last day we get woke up at 8 with 3 small children to construction above us then around noon our ceiling starts to leak we go to dinner come back at 6 and our place smelled like pipe glue. They did move us into Another room at 10 that night bit once there someone had jus checked out it was no clean. I figured out of respect they would of given us that night free or something but no. Besides that whole mess we loved the place not sure if I would return there

the unit was clean and spacious for the amount we paid.does need updating such as sofas were not comfortable.did not really care for the tile floors as they were cold.kitchen was functional.view of gulf was great.proximity to elevators was good.

I would rent it again. The only complaint was that the lights in the guest bathroom apparently had an electrical short and would dim while they were on.

We stayed in unit 2023 and loved it!! We stayed at Fiort Walton beach a couple yrs ago but was much more satisfied with our shoreline tower stay!! The condo was clean, relaxing and beach access was a step away!! I will be reserving my spot for next years summer vacation soon!

Our son & his girlfriend chose Shoreline Towers for their wedding destination. His girlfriend's Grandparents have owned a condo in these Towers for quite a number of years; so where better to have a beach wedding. The Shoreline Towers (a series of 3, all gorgeous views)sets on the beautiful white beaches of Destin, FL - right on the Gulf of Mexico! What gorgeous views; what a fantastic location for a wedding. The Tower's employees were very friendly & easy to work with and more than willing to help out whenever they could. The amenities are fabulous; the location is spot on no matter what & where you want to go. Restaurants of every kind you could want are within close distance of the Towers. We were very much surprised by the size of our unit, and how beautiful the views, and the fact it was just like you would want and need in your own home. Very comfortable. Very clean and very well maintained, no need for you to lift a finger! We fell in love with a little café right around the corner "Capriccio's Café". We cannot wait to head back to Destin very soon and the Shoreline Towers & Condo 2023. Thank you for such a beautiful stay!!!!!
