This 2 bedroom condo is the perfect place for a ski vacation, summer getaway, or short break from city life. There is a private outdoor entrance so you won't have to worry about spending time in a lobby prior to checking in. Within walking distance to a myriad of shopping and dining options, you will never run out of things to do during your stay. The condo features a large living area with a gas fireplace and VIZIO TV equipped with Netflix as well as cable TV. The large sofa pulls out to a sleeper, making room for 2 guests. This condo is also equipped with central heating and cooling for year-round comfort. The kitchen is spacious and fully stocked with pots, pans, a toaster, and a drip coffee maker. Stop by the Smith's on your way to the condo and grab some groceries to make a home-cooked meal in this well-appointed kitchen. An in-unit washer and dryer will make vacation life just a little bit easier, so don't forget to buy a little bit of detergent as well! The private garage can fit 1 car, with 1 additional street parking spot available.
The first bedroom features a comfortable queen-sized bed and has a bathroom right next to it which would be shared with the occupants of the sleeper sofa. The bathroom has a bathtub/shower combination with some starter supplies of soap, shampoo, and conditioner to get you started. In the master bedroom, take comfort on the king-sized bed and fresh linens after a long day of adventure in Park City. The ensuite bathroom features a tub perfect for bubble baths, along with a standing shower and 2 sink vanity. The walk-in closet has ample storage space and an ironing board.
This buzzing shopping center has several popular restaurants and stores to explore. We highly recommend Red Rock Brewing, Ghidotti's, and catching a film at the Metropolitan Redstone 8 Cinemas. Skiing is just a short drive or bus ride away with Park City Mountain, Deer Valley, and The Canyons to choose from. If you are visiting during the summer, the number of hikes and biking trails in the area is quite astounding! This condo will provide the perfect location to experience it all.
