Make the most of the fabulous outdoor areas. Enjoy the privacy of the front courtyard, with its beautiful mountain views, or gaze at the evening stars around the large fire pit. Take a dip in the 8 ft deep saltwater pool or float the day away on the many pool rafts. Heat up the spa or practice your short game on the 4-hole putting green, day or night.
Relax in the hammock under a large palm tree or relive your childhood playing a friendly game of tetherball. The outdoor table seats six and an additional five lounge chairs, a double lounger, as well as four low profile pool chairs provide seating for everyone.
Natural light flows into the main living area that doubles as a game room. Get competitive with a tournament on the pool table or spend the evening playing for the top score on the pinball machine. A small office area is a welcoming space for work or study with a little privacy.
A stacked stone wall splits the main living area from the second living space with a comfy sofa and a 65” flat-screen TV.
When dinner time beckons, grab a spot at the rustic farm table in the dining area. With two chunky benches, there’s room for everyone.
Steps away from the dining area is a newly updated kitchen outfitted with pristine marble countertops, plank tile floors, and stainless steel appliances. A breakfast bar with seating for three is the perfect spot for coffee and pancakes.
The master bedroom has a rustic California king bed, an accent chair, and a 55” flat-screen TV, while sliding doors offer easy access to the backyard pool, spa, and hammock. In the morning, stroll into your own large walk-in shower, complete with a rainfall showerhead.
Across from the master is the second bedroom with a queen and twin bed. The third bedroom is complete with a twin trundle and an en-suite bath.
The large laundry room is complete with top of the line washer and dryer and folding counter.
Please note: There is a 3-vehicle maximum per city ordinance.
All leases require a minimum 31-day term. Your total includes all necessary utility fees during the summer months and pool heating during the winter months. Property Manager Permit #2016-43343
