Description
Beautiful two bedroom two and a half bathroom nautical theme condo. Ocean views from kitchen, living room and dining room. This condo feature a large balcony and lots of windows and sliding glass doors to let in natural light. The ocean breeze feels amazing and you can hear the waves rolling. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and large closet with its own bathroom. Master bedroom has a King bed, private bathroom, and private patio (this patio faces east). Completely updated kitchen with all your cooking instruments, glasses, plates, bowls, silverware, etc. New large fridge to fit any items needing to stay cold. Full size top of the line washer and dryer located in condo between the sleeping suites and kitchen. Boogie boards and beach chairs included. Located next to the Beachwalk Shopping center, Solana Beach Design District, Del Mar Race Track, and More! Parking will not be a problem with one dedicated parking space and plenty of street parking. *New flooring throughout, living room furniture & showers Summer of 2021. 10 Night Minimum Stay.

*There is no AC in this unit. Being located along the coast brings cooler temperatures and a coastal breeze.
*For work from home we always recommend having a hot spot as we can't control service interruptions & outages.
*Some steps must be taken throughout complex to get to front door. Seascape Sur is a large complex and does not have any elevators or luggage carts.
*This property is in a condo complex with neighbors all around. We don't monitor construction or noise from neighbors and this should be taken into consideration when booking.
