We LOVED our stay here, Its a beautiful Home in a perfect peaceful location. Everything was perfect, we will stay here again for sure.

Rented this through Marriott vacation rentals- never showed up on the Bonvoy account so all managing of reservation was through Ledges. They were always responsive and helpful. Check in was effortless- show up at house snd enter key pad number. Shared home with other parents for college swim meet. Afforded everyone privacy and each family had own bathroom- also very spacious open kitchen/ dining/ living area for socializing. I really liked the location- outside of town but very easy drive into town ( with the exception of the confusing traffic circles and bike paths that look like roads in Ledges- especially at night!! Never had ocassion to use other facilities at property so can’t really comment.

We all had a very nice stay. House was clean and had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. Only slight negative was the limited TV channels.

Our little family of five relished our time in this absolutely beautifully-appointed home in St. George, just within a day's drive of Zion, Bryce Canyon and Snow Canyon. So much hiking, snow tubing, snow mobiling, and yet the great weather and red rocks of St. George. We loved our time in this home and would definitely hope to return one day. Spacious, great beds, modern appliances, and a great garage with table tennis. Thank you to the owners for a great stay where we made unforgettable family memories!!

We had a great family vacation and this home was perfect for us. It was clean, well-maintained, well stocked and in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed seeing the sights around St George and Zion National Park. No complaints at all. Would definitely recommend this property.

The home was very clean, just as described and very well appointed. One of the most complete kitchens that we have found in a rental! Also, plenty of towels and very good beds. We hope to return to this home.

We were in St. George for 4 nights and we really enjoyed our stay at ledge’s. Plenty of room for 6 of us. Perfect for 8 people. House had everything we needed and close to all the places you can visit in that area. Would recommend!!!

Absolutely everything you could need or want, kitchen is fully stocked and all of the amenities are great. Plenty of room for 4 couples, the golf course is amazing and the pool, jacuzzi, and pickleball are steps away. This was our second o d stay at Fairways Escape and we'll be back for sure!

The home was very well kept. The only thing i would recommend is to get a keurig instead of coffee machine so guests can pick and choose on their coffees. Also the water pressure in the home is pretty low. My wife had to use the tub faucet to clean her hair out. If that's my biggest complaint, you should know it's a great home to stay in.

This was the third time we have enjoyed staying at Fairways Escape. The house has everything you might need or want, and there is so much room to move around! Even though the weather was toasty (105+), we were able to golf, play pickleball, wander through Snow Canyon, and fish at Panguitch Lake. Another wonderful trip to St. George!

This vacation rental is exactly as is pictured in the photos! It's clean, well-stocked, and perfectly located. This is our 3rd or 4th time staying in The Ledges and it is always a joy! The reservations staff helped with golf and groceries and was so friendly. This rental was particularly great because it had tons of space for our extended family's Thanksgiving retreat. THANKS!

The house was perfect for our family vacay, had everything we could possibly need. The pool being just steps away was ideal, and the house had plenty of room for everyone! When we arrived, I was called to be informed that the a/c was broken in the casita but someone was coming the next day to fix it. They did, and it worked great for the rest of our stay. One downside was the construction going on right next door.

It was amazing

The Fairways Escape was exactly what we needed. The beds were extremely comfortable (and I'm picky). The furnishings were also as comfortable as they were stylish. The kitchen was very well stocked - even including a good variety of seasonings and other helpful things like plastic wrap, foil, etc. - which was great since we ate all our meals in. The location was quiet and away from the busyness of other Ledges rentals, which was what we preferred. The property management staff was also terrific. We had a last minute issue which they helped us resolve in a courteous and professional manner. We wouldn't hesitate to choose Fairways Escape again!

This is a great home for a Family get away.We had time celebrating of life for my wife sister. We had all of her family up. A great way for us all to get together.Dan Dekker once was the man helping the whole family reserve houses near each other. pool area,and of course golf was great. My family wont stay anywhere put Leadges when we come to town.We are very THANKFUL for all you did.

This place kept surprising us! Very kid-friendly and plenty of space for multiple families. The putting green in the back yard was a huge hit. This place is peaceful as it is beautiful. Not far from the golf course. Highly recommend and would go back.

Fantastic stay from top to bottom! Great new house, great amenities, great staff at Ledges (Jeff and Dan). Quiet despite there being ongoing construction. Hiking accessible right out the back (Winchester Trail). For us it was an 11 on a scale of 1-10 ;)

I don't think a more perfect place could have been found for the 5/6 of us. It is probably about as close to Snow Canyon as you can get, which was super convenient for us to meet up with friends that were "camping" there. The photos of our place were totally accurate (unlike some properties, who only portray the best of the bunch). It is quite new, modern, clean, and large! with all the amenities you could expect - plus more. The small private putting green off the back patio was quite nice! We were also happily surprised that everything was on one level (with 4 bedrooms, we were assuming it must have two levels). With 3 bathrooms, nearly all of us had one to ourselves. The master suite looked amazing with separate tub, shower, and closet *room* (I didn't partake of that so I can't review it specifically). Lots of closet and dresser space all around! All appliances in the kitchen were top-notch, and the kitchen had everything we needed - including a large walk-in pantry to store our supplies that we brought. Perhaps a coat-rack in the entryway would be useful - that is the *only* thing I can think of for any improvement! We weren't able to turn on the giant TV in the living room, but after a quick call to management, Dan Dekker, the LVR Property Manager arrived within 20 or 30 minutes to isolate and fix the problem. He was incredibly friendly and competent. Thank you Dan! Everyone in our group really loved the place.The very nearby (walking distance) Rock Fish Grille was superb, with excellent food and gracious servers.Quite honestly, I hope we do it all over again sometime!
