I can't wait to come back again. This condo was just wonderful.Beautiful tropical decor. Beautiful view. Very clean. Management team (Michelle) was EXTREMELY helpful and friendly. They have a manager on site. Couldn't be closer to shopping, and just a very short walk to the beach with a gorgeous view of the lake and tropical scenery. Loved Kitchen-fully stocked with cookware and everything I needed, balcony, bathtub/shower, lots of TV channels, very comfortable beds, washer/dryer in unit, elevator to 2nd floor, my stay was just perfect!

My husband and I spent a glorious 3 weeks in Hawaii. The condo was perfect. The unit was immaculate. It was clean and well equipped. The beds and accommodations were comfortable. We ate most meals on the lanai, which had comfortable seating. We had everything we needed to make this vacation one to remember. The management company was very easy to work with. We will be back.

Some clearly resent that units have been rented as vacation rentals.

Whether relaxing on the lanai, swimming in the pool or out discovering the many things to do in the area we always enjoy our stay at Fairway Villas Waikoloa. Mahalo and enjoy!

The Fairway Villas were great. They had everything we needed, were conveniently located and we loved the pool.<br/><br/>We were there for 10 nights. The unit was a little short on the necessities, laundry detergent, dish detergent, toilet paper. Also when we went back to grab our last items before going to the airport our door key pad had been changed and it was before checkout and we could not get back in. We had to leave some items and just go to the airport. The management was very kind and is sending our items to us. Just FYI.

We had a great time on the big Island and enjoyed our stay at Fairview Villas.

The layout was ideal. The beds were comfortable. The furniture was very nice - just like home. We would definitely stay here again. We appreciate access to beach towels and chairs. The pool was convenient and the hot tub was perfect after are long hikes. Great location over all.

Every day was a beautiful day! The Condo was a relaxing refuge after sightseeing and beach days. We loved every minute.

property was clean and in an excellent location on a golf course. Shopping was a 2 minute walk, and the management company was responsive and very friendly. We will definitely stay here again.

In our years of renting condo, we&#x2019;ve never been in one that was better equipped nor in better condition. On arrival, the unit was clean and welcoming. Our only problem was with the cleaning service. After we had been in residence for a week, we received a telephone call at 5;25 AM. I did not get to the phone before a message was left and that message was so garbled that I could only understand a couple of words. I was asked to call a number which I could not understand to schedule a cleaning. We never were contacted again so did not get a weekly cleaning. Other than that, our stay was fantastic.

Not great weather, but this property made it better.

The location and condominium were above expectations. The condo was well appointed. Really only needed to purchase food and drink. Very convenient location to shopping, beaches and hotels. Very quiet and friendly neighbors. Near by restaurants are great!

Very nice unit with a great view out over the lake and the Kings Shops which are beautifully lit up at night. Very quiet development, nicely landscaped with a beautiful infinity edge pool looking out to the lake. The unit itself was nicely decorated, very well equipped and comfortable. When we arrived the lights and air-conditioning were on and music was playing - a nice touch. We especially appreciated the beach chairs and boogie boards that were supplied with the unit. We would definitely stay here again

Great stay, clean unit, well furnished. Love the location. Only concern was noise from the dog below and a few boisterous children next door.

The setting is lovely, beautiful garden, view on the golf course and little lake. Walking distance to shops. Apartment lovely decorated, looks new, very clean, kitchen very well equipped. Beach equipment provided, including towels and beach bags. The only negative side is that some days the gardeners started too early ie 6,30 am (loud mowers noise).

we had a graet stay. It was very clean and and really well equipped: Beach towels, Beach chairs, Body Boards, etc.If we come again to Hawaii we will for sure stay here again.Thanks

great condo!

We have stayed at Waikoloa Beach Resort about 20 times since 1986. The last 5 times we have stayed at Fairway Villas O21 because of its great location and amenities. The owners maintain their condo very well. Each time we discover something new. This year there was a new refrigerator and many new wall hangings. Two years ago were all new Tommy Bahama bedspreads and pillows. We hope to return to Fairways Villa O21 again. Michelle from The property manager Properties treats us very well so I keep her personal phone # on my cellphone.

The place was a great location. The bed was too hard for us didn't sleep very nice pool and barbecue area.

Great stay on the beautiful big island. This condo is in a great location and worked great for our family of 5. Neighbor noise from above and below was annoying and the whole feel of the complex is more of an adult complex. Overall a great stay.

The condo was comfortable, clean, and great location. Loved the facilities and the proximity to King and Queens shops. Great condo for the price! Will definitely book again when we come to the Big Island.

We were so impressed by this property last year that we stayed here again this year. Again, we found a very clean, comfortable, and well-stocked spacious home-away-from-home. Everything you need for a day at the beach is included: beach towels, chairs, beach bag, flippers, snorkels, cooler and more! Thoughtfully available are games and books about Hawaii's birds, fishes, plants, flowers, trees and The Big Island Revealed. The king-size bed in the master bedroom is very comfortable with high thread count sheets, soft pillows and a firm mattress with a soft top. The kitchen is equipped with EVERYTHING you need. This property is in a terrific location close to the gate and walkway to the King's Shops. The lanai overlooks the King's Lake and golf course. It was the perfect spot for viewing the July 4th fireworks! Fairway Villas has a beautiful infinity pool, spa, barbecue area with several gas grills and workout center. Marisa and Alesia at Kohala Coast Properties are very friendly and great to work with!

This property was an excellent choice for our family. The amenities of the development are very nice. We loved the beach and the Lava Lava Beach Club. It was an excellent base for us to explore the Big Island.

This was a fabulous vacation rental. We would entertain coming back again. It was so cozy and well stocked with beach chairs, beach towels, beach equipment, coolers, etc. The masterbed was so comfy and the tasteful decor added to our vacation enjoyment.

Oven door wouldn't close properly otherwise well equipped. Had great difficulty with the TV. Need instructions!! Deck was great. Appreciated beach chairs and other beach equipment. Shops on site very expensive. Restaurants adequate but also very expensive for the quality. Beautiful weather and great pool.

The condo was in great condition with lots of extras! We especially appreciated the boogie boards available. Only issue was that I don't think the dishwasher works well. Some dishes were dirty. It's not a maintenance issue, I just think that particular model must not clean well. Other than that i would highly recommend.

We enjoied our time

With very short notice, a friend and I were truly fortunate to book this condo in such an upscale area. The condo itself was in a quiet location and very well-appointed. It was a short walk to both the Kings Shops, Queens Marketplace, as well as across the street to the Marriott Hotel where most mornings we walked the beautiful beach trail to the Hilton Hotel. It was also within walking distance to the Lava Lava Beach Club where we enjoyed happy hours with entertainment or watched the sunset. We found Waikoloa to be a convenient starting point for some of our day trips on which we explored beaches and other areas of the island.<br/>We would most definitely stay here again!

Everything was AWESOME except...<br/>While the Tommy Bahama bedding was beautiful it was too heavy, so we just wanted to pop a blanket on the bed for our stay. Both the blankets and the mattress-pad supplied were stained (one with chocolate, I worries, they all washed well. The sheets...one set was great, the other was terribly stained (although washed, the stains were still there) but Alesia had a brand new set for us within a day. The mattress (with it's foam top) & pillows could be replaced but were...ok.<br/>Alesia and Marissa went out of their way to assist and satisfy us. If we had told them about the bedroom, i'm sure they would have somehow assisted us there as well. We would definitely use their agency again.<br/>Mahalo and Aloha!<br/>Shirl and Jan Topp

This condo is in a wonderful location - just a few minutes walk to both the King's and Queen's Shopping Centers. The condo is always very clean and provided with many amenities and supplies.

Everything was perfect and exactly as described. We did not need a thing other than food. The unit was exceptionally clean and attractively decorated. The king size bed and pillows were super comfortable. I really appreciated all of the books on Hawaii's birds, flowers, fishes, and, especially "Hawaii, the Big Island Revealed". The lanai with the couch, table, and chairs was inviting and we spent quite a bit of time there enjoying the breeze and serenity. The pool and jacuzzi were very clean and so relaxing. Our expectations were met and exceeded. We would love to stay here again.

I have stayed in Waikoloa many times and have always used Kohalacoast properties inc to book my stay. I have never been disappointed.They see to every need and are helpful beyond belief. The property at Fairway Villas was top notch. Beautifully decorated, totally updated and contained every thing you could possibly hope to find from the kitchen,beach equipment,large Lanai and great infinity pool. I would highly recommend this condo and Marissa and Alesia to anyone who wants a carefree vacation. I give it a 10.

Had a little difficulty in finding the property,but once we were in the condo,we were delighted with every thing.The view,the location and the beach.the pool area was stunning,only the rowdy kids put us off from using it,We had a great experience and would definatly visit again.thankyou.

My husband, daughter, and I stayed in the same unit at Fairway Villas last year and liked it so much that we returned again this year. We can walk to shopping and the beach and my husband can play golf. When he gets to the 5th hole, we can watch him and take photos. We hope to return to our Waikoloa home next year and will contack Kohala Coast Properties again.

My husband and I recently stayed in unit O-21 at the Fairway Villas. Our experience from start to end was nothing less than wonderful. The unit was in a fabulous location, steps from walking path to Kings shops and Queen Marketplace. It was such a pleasure staying here that it was very hard to leave. The unit was well stocked with all of the necessities one could want. It was very clean and the management staff was exceptional to work with! I would have no problem recommending this unit to family and friends. We look forward to returning soon!

This was our first visit on the big island and we could not have chosen a better place to stay or better location. So easily walkable to gorgeous shops and places to see....would stay again in a heartbeat!
