Fantastic house, with excellent access to local shops and restaurants. It also has all the cooking equipment you need, exceptionally clean and presented brilliantly - We can't wait to go back! Our party ages ranged from 2 - 52 years old and it covered everyone's needs. Thank you

Convenient location. Great facility.

Great end of the school year vacation. Having beach equipment provided made packing much easier. Although, of the five boogie boards only two were usable which was still perfect. The beach chairs also added to the enjoyment.

Great unit in a great location. Unit is a bit worn and has maintenance and, more critically, cleaning issues. The coffee maker was digustingly dirty with mold and black slime. and took major scrubbing and 3 brewing cycles with clean water before it was usable. The master shower had mold & mildew. The outdoor furniture had to be cleaned of bird pooh before being used, and beach gear was sandy and had not been cleaned. The patio hose was broken in spots and leaked profusely when used. As there is a $300 cleaning fee, we were surprised to find out that we had to do laundry and take out all trash. <br/>

We had a awesome time. It was nice just to get away and do nothing.

Overall, a very positive experience. The property was well-maintained. Location is excellent. We would recommend to anybody looking for a great vacation rental.

We were there over Christmas. 2 storey unit was perfect for our family of 5 to stay. Convenient location to shops, all within easy walking distance. Our favorite spot is the Lava Lava Beach Club restaurant, the sunsets are spectacular. Well stocked Kitchen, easy access to everything in the house. Enjoyed the backyard privacy. Lots of Beach towels available. Bathrooms had everything we needed. Very spacious unit, close to pool and BBQ's, which we used frequently. Beach chairs available, an easy carry beach umbrella would have been nice. Overall a great vacation getaway, we would go back again.

The unit is very spacious, we had 5 people and had plenty of room. The unit is in very good condition in a nice complex. A short walk to shops, stores and restaurants. It&#x2019;s on a golf course and the grounds are well maintained. We used the grill area to several nights and everything worked well. I highly recommend this unit! The owner and manager provided great customer service. We hiked, swam with the dolphins and went to the beach. A fantastic time!

This location is great for families and those who may chose not to have transportation for the trip. There is plenty within walking distance and many paid excursions do pick up at the shops by the condo. Comfortably fit 6 people (adults) without any issues during our stay.

We stayed here for the month of December. This place was a welcome relief during covid times. The unit was clean with a lot of amenities especially in the kitchen. We also had enough beach accessories like umbrellas, chairs, boogie board etc. high speed internet was a plus as well. The grounds are in excellent condition with and infinity pool and lots of green space. A call out to Michelle, the property manager who quickly handled any concerns. One small nit, the master bed is super uncomfortable and needs to be replaced at some point.

A great place. It was just as described. We enjoyed our stay there. We called the management staff once with a few questions. They were very responsive and helpful.

We loved our time here and your home had everything we needed for our large family. Relaxing on the lanai was peaceful and just relaxing after a long day exploring the island.

Our family of five stayed in this very well appointed home for a little over a week. All necessary amenities, such as kitchen utensils and spices, and beach goodies were available and in good condition. All we needed was clothing and sunblock!
