You will enjoy the central air conditioning to ensure temperature control on humid days. A washer and dryer are tucked away - ideal for swimsuits after a trip to the pool or beach.
The gourmet kitchen is prepared with updated stainless steel appliances and generous amounts of granite countertops. Keep a conversation going with the chef in the kitchen by taking a seat at the built-in breakfast bar. In addition to this dining space, the dining table has seating for 6.
Take advantage of Fairway Villas M2's stunning views and take your meals outside. The 1st floor lanai holds an outdoor dining set to dine, drink, and unwind in the coastal breeze. The surrounding golf course and blue water set a calming ambiance perfect for watching the sunset.
On the 2nd floor, you will find a loft space complete with a work desk and lounge area. The couch in here serves as a sofa sleeper for extra sleeping arrangements. The luxurious master bedroom has a King-size bed, TV, private lanai, and an attached master bathroom. Your mornings will be peaceful getting ready in this master bathroom. There is a jacuzzi bathtub, walk-in shower, and dual sinks. The first guest bedroom is furnished with a Queen-size bed, TV, and an attached bathroom. This guest bathroom has a shower/tub combo. The second guest bedroom is suitable for any kids, - furnished with 2 twin-size beds and a TV. The second guest bathroom also has a shower/tub combo.
Please note: Minimum 7-night stay is required for President's Day, Easter, Thanksgiving, and the Christmas/New Year's period. The Ironman 70.3, formerly known as the Honu Triathlon, and the Lavaman Triathlon, have a 7-night stay requirement as well.
This home will be stocked with a starter set of consumables such as soaps and paper products. Guests are advised to either bring or purchase additional after arrival.
Keahole Kona Airport to the Fairway Villas:
1) Exit airport onto Highway 19 turn left and head north 16.9 miles.
2) Turn left at Waikoloa Beach Dr.
3) Turn right on UNNAMED STREET just past the Beach Villas and before the Kings Shops.
4) Arrive at 69-200 POHAKULANA PLACE
5) At the front gate use the gate code #4880 You must press # before the number
6) The buildings are identified with a letter. Building M is located on your left a sort distance from the front gate. PARK IN ANY UNRESERVED PARKING SPACE.
7) Use the code given above to access the condo using the keypad located on the door.
8) To unlock your unit, enter the code provided above followed by a check mark. When leaving your unit, lock the door by pressing any button on the keypad..
9) Your parking pass must be displayed in your car AT ALL TIMES. You will find the parking pass inside your villa. Please circle your villa's # and insert your departure date and display on your dashboard to avoid towing. If you do not find a parking pass in your villa call us at (888) 780-4809
