What a beautiful home-inside and out! Loved the style and interior design of the place. It had everything our group of 8 wanted and needed, from seasonings for our food to wine glasses. The fire pit on the balcony was perfect for lounging around in the evening and there are a bunch of amenities walking distance away. The only disappointment was that the fridge in the kitchen died. We didn’t realize this until the next morning when there was water all over the floor from the ice melting and the light was out in the fridge. I called the emergency hotline number around 4:30am but was only able to leave a message. However, by 8am the management company got in contact tact with me and quickly tried to fix the problem. They brought over a temporary fridge and placed it in the garage and by 1pm an expert came by and fixed the problem. The management company was so great that they even refunded us some money for the food we had to throw away because of it. Overall a good experience-I would recommend the Ledges and the Fable House to anyone!

We loved that each bedroom had it's own bathroom. Lots of gathering space in the house. Very close to the pool and pickleball courts. The floor didn't seem 100% clean when we arrived but the rest of the house was clean.

The trip was great! We loved it because we could drive to many national parks and day hikes, plus we had easy access to a great pool and hot tub.

We rented the Fable House for the month of March 2022. A very well appointed home and very comfortable. The upstairs deck is the perfect lounge for relaxing. Appreciated the proximity to Snow Canyon and great mountain views.

We stayed at the Ledges with 2 other families (6 adults and 7 kids). The room arrangements were perfect! We had space to hang out without being on top of each other. <br/>The unit was clean upon arrival and ready to go. The location is beautiful.<br/>2 pools (though we just went to the one closest to our unit) and a pickleball court. <br/>Both the unit owner and management company were very responsive to any questions we had. Would recommend this unit.

We had 8 golfers and 2 townhouses. They were large each room had a bath. Very clean. Perfect for the stay.

My family had a great time at this rental with plenty of room for us all.

Beautiful facility. The first night I noticed a water leak coming from the master bathroom toilet. I called and left a message with the 2 maintenance gentleman and explained the issue. I was gone for most of the day and did not hear back from anyone so I was worried that the leak was not fixed. When I returned home the toilet was fixed, but it would have been nice to get a call back letting me know what was going on. 3 days later the refrigerator went completely out. I called and got a person on the phone and they said they would put another frig in the garage so that we could transfer our food as soon as possible. We were gone most of the day and when we returned the frig was in the garage and ready for use. I loved the place. I like that the location was out of the city in a more remote location.

Golf course was nice and played in less than 4 hours.

We had a great time during our stay and the Fable House was AWESOME!!! It is cozy and it felt like home. We had a large group (16), but everyone had "their" place and it was nice to not be all crowded and on top of each other. The pool was a hit for everyone! We also enjoyed the pickle ball court, walks, and visiting other sites in St. George. There were a few downfalls...1)the distance to places to eat. Under the current pandemic, we were not wanting to spend a lot of time in "public" places, so we opted to pick up and bring food back, but due to location everything was cold and not as tasty. Our next visit I won't be lazy and I'll be prepared to "cook" more. 2) The meals we did prepare, we discovered that there were not the pots, pans, bowls etc. needed to prepare the food, so we had to improvise. (ie: we made spaghetti, no stock pot to boil in, no strainer to drain etc.) but we made it work and it was our favorite meal! And... 3) it was missing some shade and grassy area - we had little humans that wanted to crawl around outside, but no-where to crawl, and of course the cement was far too hot. Granted, the downfalls were things that for the most part can't be prevented, I just need to be prepared for next trip. So hopefully this will help you to be prepared for your trip to. We will for sure be back to the Fable House! We LOVED it!

Great location, wonderful accommodations, clean and plenty of space for a large family. Pool was clean and fun for the kids.

This place had the perfect amount of space and was nicely furnished to keep the whole extended family comfortable. The surrounding area was perfect to hike, take in scenery or just enjoy the pool.

We had a rainy weekend but having a comfortable place to stay made it all worth it!!!

We had a lovely week. The location is amazing but the home is even better! We looked at a few others in the area but this one hands down was the best and most comfortable. Everyone had a great time and no complaints. I would totally stay again!

We had a great time. The weather was perfect, the house was perfect, spotless clean. It was everything we could have hoped for!

Fable House was the perfect place for our holiday family get away. Clean and spacious, amazingly well -equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and plenty of bathrooms - perfect for privacy of our grown children and their spouses with room for family gathering. Pickleball and Snow Canyon made for lots of fun

This was so much fun. I stayed with five ladies, in this fable house. It's a nice neighborhood, close to St. George downtown, and on a beautiful golf course. The house is really modern, very very cute. And it was super stocked in the kitchen with appliances and kitchen ware. Super comfortable beds. Every bedroom with a private bathroom! We loved our stay here. The lady of ledges vacation rentals is very responsive and accommodating.
