Situated just north of the Sand Hollow State Park, the Dixie Springs community in Hurricane Utah is your premier adventure destination! This desert gem of a neighborhood is centrally located to allow easy access to many Southern Utah attractions! Take a short drive to Zion National Park, tow the boat and ATVs to the nearby reservoirs and sand dunes, or pop into town for a nice meal! Make sure to take the kids to the Dixie Springs Park which features a splash pad, pickleball and basketball courts, a playground, shaded picnic pavilion and walking path! Dixie Springs is the ideal place to play hard, rest easy, and repeat!
There is no street parking in the Dixie Springs community, so please make use of the garage, driveway and any additional parking along the side of your rental (if applicable). Street parking could lead to being towed. This also applies to RVs, boats and trailers.
