Well maintained, dog friendly, loft condo makes a perfect rental for a couple or small family. This spacious condo boasts a fully equipped kitchen, with coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster, kitchen essentials and opens up the living room. The living room offers a wood burning fireplace, TV, stereo, daybed with a trundle and a dining table with seating for four, slider leading to the balcony and opens up to the loft. The loft features a queen sized bed, ceiling fan, night stands, dresser and a bathroom. Bring your pup up to enjoy the snow or a beautiful summer day in Bear Valley! Centrally located, you can walk to any amenity the Bear Valley Village has to offer including the disc golf course, snowmobile shop and commercial center, General Store, Lodge and restaurants.

This is a very small unit, suitable for a small family vacation. Location is very convenient to all activities around Bear Valley. The unit is well equipped with essential kitchenware and beddings, we enjoyed the stay. The only recommendation is, since this is a pet friendly unit, it would be the best if the loft area is not carpet.

We stayed in a small unit, with one bedroom. There was also a pull out couch, and a day bed with a trundle bed underneath. It was perfect for our small family! We kayaked at Lake Alpine and Utica Reservoir, which are highly recommended.

Everything was great! Nice little cozy condo. Really liked the layout and the trundle bed and pull out couch made great use of space to accommodate a decent amount of people given the size.

My son, dogs and I love this condo! We always have a blast in Bear Valley. I think the carpet needs cleaning, but that's my only negative thought. Thanks.

For the second year we were able to rent the same condo. It is very cozy it makes you feel like you are at home. It has all the utensils need it from kitchen to the bathroom to the bed. A lot of extra banquets and plenty of beds. Overall clean comfortable and cozy place. The building manager was the only one not too friendly but even the staff at the office was very friendly. Definitely I will try to rent condo 92 next year.

The accommodations were fine, and the service of the agent who handled the reservtions was superb. One issue we encountered was tha related to my visual and ambulatory disabilities, which were challenged by the sheer number of steps to reach the condo. We do intend to use the property in the future, perhaps asking for a condo with fewer steps to manage.
