This home has a newly installed "easy walk up ramp" that is suitable for those with mobility issues, who need an easier way to access the main level of the home, or so that guests may roll up wagon suitcases. The ramp is not ADA certified, but it sure makes it easy to carry groceries and luggage into this beautiful beachfront home. The outside patio also features a pub-style table where two guests may dine alfresco. Brand new fenced area built-in 2019 includes both sun/shade areas. Endless Dreams is a large open concept floor plan with a full Gulf view from the entire front of the home. The living area features a large, flat-screen television, cable/wifi, and a queen sleeper sofa (sleeps 2). There is a pub-style table (seats 4) in the living area for game playing with a beach view!
The main dining table (seats 8) and the fully outfitted kitchen has a wrap-around bar (seats 6). The kitchen is stocked with everything a guest may need - plenty of cooking pots/pans, utensils, serving dishes, coffee pot and Keurig. Guests are responsible for bringing their own food, drinks and seasonings for preparing meals.
The master bedroom features a king-size bed (sleeps 2, new mattress in 2020), flat-screen television, ceiling fan, walkout deck to enjoy a morning coffee before the day starts and an ensuite bath with a dual vanity, soaking tub, separate step-in shower and walk-in closet.
The second bedroom has a queen bed (sleeps 2, new mattress in 2020), ceiling fan, flat-screen television, closet and deck access.
The third bedroom, also on the main level of the home, is a bunk room and offers a twin/twin bunk plus trundle (sleeps 3), plus a twin over full bunk (sleeps 3, new mattress in 2020), flat-screen television, ceiling fan, deck access and Gulf view. This third bunk room is a perfect place for all of the kids to enjoy a large room.
The second and third bedrooms share a full bath with tub/shower combination, and there's an additional half bath also available on the main level.
The ground level of the home has a separate living space with a bedroom and living areas and kitchenette; complete with a pub-style table (seats 2), full-size refrigerator, microwave, sink and coffee pot. The efficiency at ground level includes a queen-size bed (sleeps 2, new mattress in 2020) plus a twin day bed (sleeps 1) and a flat-screen television. Please keep in mind that the ground floor efficiency is NOT connected by an interior staircase to the home - it is intended for use by adults.

Jamaica Beach is one of the most popular beaches and sought-after neighborhoods when it comes to vacation rentals – what it lacks in size, it makes up for action during the summer months, holidays and event weekends! Jamaica Beach is far enough out to be away from the hustle and bustle of Seawall (8 miles), and but not too far away from most of the island attractions (10 miles from 61st Street).
Jamaica Beach also has its own community pool* and private marina and boat ramp, Regatta Basin,* a community pavilion* and playground.*
