Beautiful Ocean View Air-Conditioned unit and just a short hike to the beach. Emmalani Court is a small, quiet condominium complex located near the St Regis Hotel in Princeville and the Princeville Makai Golf Course. This 2 bedroom/2 bathroom unit is located on the second floor with a King bed, and 2 double beds, plus ocean views from the main living area and the Master bedroom. The living and dining area feature an open concept with a well-stocked kitchen with upgraded appliances. There is Air-Conditioning included in the whole unit. You have dedicated WIFI and cable with HD televisions in both bedrooms and the living room. The Master bedroom and bath can be closed off for privacy. There is also an open lanai with a dining table and seating for 4 guests. The unit features a full size washer and dryer.You will have access to the large pool with a hot tub, and a club house with several shared BBQ’s. There is covered parking for one vehicle per unit. Parking for second vehicle is available.
From the minute that you walk in the unit you can see the beautiful ocean views and the adjacent golf course. There is also a connecting path nearby that will take you to Hideaways beach and Pali Ke Kua beach. A 10 minute walk will take you to the former St Regis Hotel or an approximate 20 minute walk will take you to the Princeville Shopping Center (two miles). There you will find retail shops, restaurants, coffee shops, banks, a gas station, a food and deli grocery store and a public library and park. A short drive will take you to gorgeous Hanalei Bay and a scenic drive along Kuhio Highway will take you to the trail head for the Na Pali Coast.
