Our group (ages 1-58) really enjoyed our stay. There were plenty of beds for everyone and the kids enjoyed running free in the backyard. The only complain the kids had was that the TV was small.

This was the best location for attending our daughters wedding at south Lake Tahoe. The home was perfect, clean, comfortable to live and get ready for the big day. Supremely satisfied with everything!

This place fits our family just perfect. Beds are nice but could use an update on the TV as our men are golfers and love watching golf. Would be nice to have lawn chairs to sit out back. Love the location and very clean...nice neighbors also. Thanks!!!

The home was awesome,so clean. We were happy with location being quite and away from the crazyiness over labor day weekend. I would so recommend this place to everybody and I would rented again in the future!!!!

Our stay was wonderful! Our family was able to all stay together for the Thanksgiving weekend. What a fun visit and a great house! The location was ideal! (I would recommend bringing your own pillows because many pillows on the beds are covered with plastic. We went and purchased several pillows)

This was a great house. We had a wonderful time there. Our grandkids had a great time in the backyard building snowmen, snowball fights and we built a snow ramp for them to sled off of. They also enjoyed walking down to the creek. The day before we were to leave, Tahoe was hit with a snow storm. A very kind man in the neighborhood used his snowblower so we could get out of the driveway and checked the chains on our car to make sure they were on properly.

This house was perfect for 3 families to stay in. We had 6 adults, 6 kids and 2 babies and it never felt too crowded. The kids loved playing in the snow filled backyard. The only drawback was that the cleaners didn't make sure we had enough toilet paper or paper towels, but that's no fault of the management company. I think that was a one time mistake that future renters won't have issues with.

Their kitchen had nearly everything we needed to cook all our meals.

This cozy house is located near everything South Lake Tahoe has to offer. It was beautiful! My family rented this place for a weekend away. The neighborhood was quiet and nestled in the woods. The house was clean and well maintained. Kitchen was very well stocked with everything you need for cooking. We had a relaxing stay and recommend this house to anyone who is looking for a cozy stay in Tahoe.

House, location was nice. Small issue with a couple chairs that had loose pads and master bedroom was colder than rest of home. Easy to find, close to grocery store and very large kitchen made for a good time with lots of interaction with family.

the rental experience was very smooth, it all worked out well. Several items (chairs, etc.) need some minor maintenance.

Overall the place was great. Nice setting, good location, rooms and size was appropriate for our group. One tiny issue: almost all of the games were missing enough parts that they could not be used. For example 12 letter tiles were missing from Scrabble. I suggest you not have any games if they are not going to be usable. Frustrating to children .

Everything was nice and clean and would stay again. The only issue was there too much snow and the snow shovelers did not shovel that day. It was a 10hr drive from the Bay Area to the house because of the constant snowing and snowstorms. After a 10 hr drive, we arrive to see 3-4 ft of snow in the driveway with no way to get in. 3 cars, 3 families parked in the neighbor’s driveway(thank for the help) Made multiple treks in the snow to access the lock box because there was no light and I left my cellphone in the car (no cell service in this area). Got in, called, and shovelers came within an hr apologized that they had missed the house today and cleared most, but not all in another 1.5hrs. Before they arrived, I had to shovel a path and we all hand carried our stuff across the street into the house! We had a good weekend at the house and emailed the property manager about the driveway in which I did not fault the property mgr. I was disappointed because after afterwards I was not offered anything for our troubles and lack of empathy. Prop mgr thought they had come and more snow had come but I had to point out that the snow shovelers never came because they apologized and told me they had missed it that day. 4 stars avg, would be 5 if not for driveway situation. Again, great place, would stay again, and isolated occurrence.

We had family come to South Lake Tahoe for my daughter's high school graduation. The house was absolutely perfect! It was warm and cozy and allowed for a lot of real family bonding. The location was great, the bedrooms were great, and we loved the kitchen/dining room area.
