INSIDE THE HOUSE
Inside, you’ll find a modern, open-plan layout, with 10’ ceilings for an airy feel. The main living area features comfortable couches and armchairs for everyone. And at the center of it all, a 52” flat-screen TV provides entertainment with a premium TV channel package of more than 175+ channels (HBO®, SHOWTIME®, CINEMAX®, NFL Network.
Also downstairs, a unique modern dining table seats eight in sculpted metal chairs. Overlooking the dining area, the spectacular chef’s kitchen boasts granite countertops and an island bench with four barstools, plus gleaming stainless steel appliances and walk-in pantry.

The downstairs master bedroom is separated from the other sleeping areas to ensure blissful privacy. Stretch out in a full 225 sq. ft. of space, with wood floors, a king bed and an en-suite master bathroom, which boasts a huge soaker tub and walk-in shower.
Upstairs is a second living area, with a 70” flat-screen TV, sleeper sofa, and access to a 8x20 deck. Gathered around this common area are the other three bedrooms, each with a queen bed, ceiling fan, and a closet. The second and third bedrooms share a bath, while the fourth bedroom has private access to its own bath. A fourth bath is located downstairs off the kitchen.
